Yakutatazu Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 I was wondering how I would go about making a custom boot up file / application file (that runs the game basically) due to that the startup file was infected with a virus (bad reason, I know). I can't boot the game and is left with all the files. So I was wondering how I would make a custom file instead that runs the game files. (sorry for bad English) the game in question this time is Little Busters! EX but I wonder if the same guideline for making these kinds of files stays somewhat relevant. Quote
Narcosis Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 It's more propably a false positive, rather than actual virus. What anti-virus software do you use? Quote
Narcosis Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 It's highly possible that's a false positive. What kind of virus does it supposedly detect? Quote
Yakutatazu Posted October 16, 2016 Author Posted October 16, 2016 trojan virus in the application file and the file has even restricted the access to the file when i try and alter them which makes it a possibility to be an virus/malware Quote
pual Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 Send it to Virustotal or get file checksum and put it to search box there. Quote
