Can anyone confirm if this has dual English/Japanese text? This is looking awfully similar to Go! Go! Nippon, from where I'm standing.

It should. This was done in house by Sekai Project from the ground up. First party title basically.

It does have dual text display option, though it's not listed under the settings menu but the menu at the top of the game window iirc.

Looks decent enough but, yeah, it looks too similar to Go Go! Nippon. Also, is this a pure all-ages VN or was this originally an eroge?

Pure all ages. It's a VN by Sekai Project themselves.

I could care less here for dual language here (Just like Go Go Nippon), and obviously there will be no talk about censoring there (It was not 18+ age in the first place). But at least I knew there's Risa Taneda there as seiyuu who voicing black haired heroine. Other than that, don't know much.

You misunderstood my point. I was saying that if this VN was originally an eroge, it would've been censored. The fact that it's all-ages from the start means it doesn't have to go through the process of cutting off content for viewers.
