Koichoco's OST Song

Hello people! I need to know the name of a song of Koichoco that is not in the BGM, nor in the OST Disk.

It's the song that's played when Yuuki confesses to Chisato that he's in love with her and won't eat the chocolate anymore. I just couldn't find it.

I'd like to know if anyone knows it, or the artist at least so I can do a better search.
