How else would people that aren't familiar to VNs describe them? To them it is cartoon porn. And if your class really is cool with it then why'd you say they weren't in the OP? Now you're backtracking. You just killed your social life. Are you in high school or college?

I think what you have is a strong feeling of emotion and admiration towards hentai. A person can share this kind of feeling for many different things, but to the outside person it's all very hard to understand. Don't underestimate how difficult it is for someone else to understand. Now couple that with the fact that people are often non-receptive to this. Basically, in most cases, its not a good idea to share(?) At the very least, don't push the issue.

My class rekt me because they started laughing when the slide appeared(ive let them know in advance) so the teacher dindt let me finish, hell, even he was laughing so i guess it wasn't that bad.

Im on my last year of highschool.

Trust me, they weren't laughing with you but at you. You either have big balls or you lack common sense and I'm leaning towards the latter. Most people know this shit is viewed as weird so they abstain from doing something like this. Man, this thread takes me back to when I was in HS. Do you also run with your hands behind your back?

Ahhh, things are clearer now. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Take it as a learning experience that some things are dangerous topics and if you want to talk about them, you'll need to know a lot about it to cut through the initial prejudice. Feelings and emotion aren't enough. VN hentai art, taking heavy influence from anime art, don't really do many things unique also. 

I admire your nads to approach an obviously controversial topic, but you have to back that up with a solid presentation or it means little.

Dude, not going to lie when I read that I got second hand embarrassment. It's one thing if you watch it that is your problem, but when you show it in class to people who don't think the same as you and try to play it off as art that is when the border has been crossed. I mean if you are going to show it in class at least make it a joke, then it's weird but it's not creepy anymore if the audience is like me and has a messed up since of humor.

Kinda funny really, because if you view hentai as art there's no reason 3d porn can't be art. On the other hand, you probably got rekt enough that no further punishment is necessary.

Theres no exact definition of art, even a glass with water can be considered art by a person, art is life itself so yeah, u can disagree with someone opinion of art but u cant say hes wrong.
