You are new around here, aren't you? Its just spam bots. it happens once a while. And naturally it will be taken care of once one of the Mods/admins sees it. Oh btw there is also a report button for the thread so you can report it instead of making a thread for it.

Just like Asonn said, it's usual spam thing because I saw those thread once in a while. I even tempt to reply something like 'Is Visual Novel/Fuwanovel in your language mean ...' or something like that.
