TBF, most of their releases aren't nukige and sometimes they hire an actual translator (what's funny, one time I know for sure they had one was for a nukige, which later never came up on Steam because the main heroine was a loli and people reported it for child porn - I can't say I understand SakuraGame's priorities there). But it will be easy to find out from Steam reviews and community forums whether it's an another machine-translated mess. No need to give them money unless we have reasons to think they actually tried this time, especially when the English description looks like it does right now.

Ahh. I thought you were talking about one that had already released. So long as the English version isn't a machine translation I'll be getting that one for sure. Otherwise I'll just get the Japanese version and read it in VNR. Too many fetishes I like to say no to XD

Is it just me or does it seem like Flat Co., Ltd. are just doing a lot of random odd releases on steam? Monobeno through Hikari field, Hikoukigumo no Mukougawa through SakuraGames and maitetsu through Sekai Project. Kind of makes me wonder wtf they are thinking.

Its release has been pushed back like thrice since it's original Nov 15 release date, so I'm hoping the project simply dies before they get to release.

Maybe because they're quite confused with the good partner for publishing VNs overseas? The best solution here would be to just stick with one company, in which out of those three the best option here would be Sekai.

The VN itself looks interesting, although seeing the company was infamous perhaps it would be better if I didn't buy this. Quite a shame since I found the casts for the characters were interesting, although in regard of the art was it quite different compared to usual VNs.

PS - The moment I saw the cover, it remind me of some other VN and turned out that the girls position was very similar with Hello Lady - then again it might be deliberate though.

they probably do and pretty much dont give a damn about it, all that matters is revenue from its chinese sales. nothing you can do about them (both companies) treating the english audience as nothing more than an annoying extra, one that´s not worth any professional investment localisation-wise.

Now that SakuraGame is actually translating quality VNs they might actually manage to take the top spot of my most hated VN localization company. Believed that Moenovel would always stay at the number 1 spot on that list

I mean, I think there was a case when they put some game on Steam without even contacting the original developer. But yeah, with 99% probability this is not the case here.

Well, there's definitely something wrong with the publisher if even that possibility isn't completely ruled out.

As far as I know, the game you mentioned was the only non-machine translation we've seen from them, and that's only because the developer insisted on Cafe translating it for them. Now that the game has been pulled from Steam, I wouldn't be surprised if it eventually popped up elsewhere with a different publisher.

Jesus that was a real shity description I guess that certainly doesn't bode well for the game. It's a shame the cgs and sprites look decent
