Thoughts on vn's with gameplay?

I admit that this type of VN was one of my interest here. Of course, even though I said this it didn't mean that I would rate all gameplay VNs 10/10 lol, because it still depend to the developer in regard of the gameplay. If the gameplay is good, of course I will say the VN in question is good. Otherwise, when the gameplay is bad then I'll say the VN in question is bad. If anything, at least the gameplay VN is usually have enough distraction to keep the reader from the boredom, although I understand though that if people say the gameplay might be too repetitive in the end.

PS - Forgot to say that I favored RPG in regard of gameplay VN.

I very much like gameplay elements in my VNs... but I would prefer for them to be skippable, since most VNs with gameplay also require replaying. I imagine they think that's the point, 'Let's make them replay since we have all this wonderful gameplay', but once is quite enough for me to enjoy the link between the story and the gameplay.

I also like easy gameplay, because I suck at games. Otherwise, I will almost always end up cheating. Though I only cheat to make the gameplay easier, not quite to insta-win.
