Help decrypting xp3/scenario .ks files

I need some help to decrypt the files from this game by Dieselmine https://vndb.org/v8472#main I tried using KrKrExtract which usually works with most xp3 files I use but it just instantly closes and doesn't work, so I tried extracting it with GARbro but it still comes out encryped.

You can open the issue on GARbro forum on GitHub. Usually author helps.
