Surprisingly Chacha's answer here was quite sensible, so I would agree with his answer here. Or to be specific if you want to translate it you must extract the scripts, see the line count, and try to use Google translate in order to help the translation by word per word. Of course since Google Translate translation is quite sketchy, at least you should have some knowledge in regard of Japanese words to an extend. Oh and since the French translation was treated as official release, there's no way that we can give a link to the free version of that even if there's one because it would mean breach the rule. So in the end, I guess the only solution here is either learn Japanese or see if you can translate it through the help of Google Translate.
