I've search it on VNDB but I found few examples in English. The story mainly revolves around protagonists trying trial and error method until they escape more than one time loop like Groundhog Day.

Maybe there's not that many VNs on that VNDB list, but if you didn't read Higurashi yet, that can keep you busy for a few months and is probably one of the best uses of the theme.

One VN that wasn't listed there that I strongly recommend is SoulSet. Quite a neat EVN.

As for my recommendations, I'll go with both of I/O and Da Capo 3 here. I hope that my recommendations here will be helpful to you.

I assume that no one's suggested this on account of the fact that it's technically not a time loop, however as far as narrative structure is concerned it is effectively the same so I'm going to suggest it anyways: Zero Escape: 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors .  To a lesser extent, the sequels fit this as well.  While I personally don't recommend the sequels, I know plenty of people do.
