Only VN that comes to mind for me is Grisaia no Kajitsu . It's also a VN I will always recommend regardless.

Maybe you can try Sharin no Kuni? It has similar elements.

Started with Grisaia no Kajitsu, although very different I like it so far. Still in the happy part of the story, heard there are some pretty dark paths coming up but so far really liking it!. Will try Sharin no Kuni after this but it would appear it will take a loooot of hours to finish this! Thanks for the recommendations and please keep em coming :)

Perhaps you ma try something like Sorcery Jokers seeing that it have a smart MC (Senri). Other than that, you can also try both of Kikokugai and Comyu if you interested. I hope my recommendations here will be helpful to you even though it's a belated one.
