Did anyone else fill up their wishlist on VNDB mostly by clicking on the random quotes at the bottom of the page out of boredom?

It's strangely effective for me, like probably 60-70% of the VNs on my wishlist are probably from that.

Yeah this is what I do. I should probably go through and prune my wishlist. It's very bloated at the moment.

That's some interesting method for sure. As for me, well I searched through the list and see the releases and I can find those outside VNDB so I never use quote to do it. If anything else, at lease most of the VNs that the quote linking is fully translated so it might be useful for to pick some translated VNs if someone being bored and confused on what's their next VN is.

My wishlist comes from having looked through everything released and planned to be released officially in english and considering what seems most interesting to me based on vndb score, artwork and the description of the VN.

I check the recent votes of a vn, if someone gave a score similar to mine then I check his vn list to get my next read
