anybody know the name of this visual novel?

my partner was telling me about this vn he played a long time ago but can’t seem to remember the name. 

the plot goes like where the mc is in a time loop dream like world where the loop resets every 2 weeks of sorts at a shrine(?) 

it has murder mystery elements where in every loop there’s a new murder and he’s trying to break the loop but also find out who is killing the others(?), something like that. 

something along the lines of the loop ends when everyone is on board to leave back to the real world or something but someone must stay behind in that timeline. (and they can also sort of communicate between the worlds via radio?)

not sure if this is real because i’ve spend a lot of time trying to find it’s name but i haven’t come to anything close to it.
