Update on the yuri version

As you might know, a yuri version is also in the works. This time the yuri will be a completely separate game. Once it is ready, I’ll make a new demo where you can choose in the beginning which kind of content you want to see in the game.

 

Oh... hello. I'm not too big into yuri, but more than I am otome.

I was waiting for somebody to ask this~!  Well you see: the news was a bit old by the time I actually was able to get to it--which is half my fault and half just the fact that this was older information when xmbx found it.  Visual Novel Aer is for sharing the most recent, up to date news.  The Facebook contains a a lot more less-experienced users who this would be news to.  Not to say that the Facebook is less valuable: oh no, it holds far more potential than anybody here probably realizes.  When I decide where something should be posted, I'm considering the effects they would have on the individual audiences, and how it would reflect this highly popular website and it's workings.  In addition, I shared this information on Facebook because I'm trying my very best to attract the greatest gradient of people I can, and this topic was great for this.  I'm deciding these things on a case-by-case basis, honestly.  

 

But this is a great topic for discussion.  Does anybody disagree with my decision?  If so, let's talk about it and figure out how to properly deal with cases like these.

Winterwolves' new game is called 'Nicole' and is an otome dating sim. All fans of dating sims should check it out because there aren't that many available in english. A free demo is available on the site.

I had this here discussion moved to this thread because this particular project is definitely Visual Novel Aer worthy.  However, unfortunately, it's somewhat old news.  I'll be tracking it and will post about it when the Yuri Version Demo comes out, or when any major updates come up?  Anywho, I'll probably post this right now on Facebook, for the same reasons as I listed in the previous post.

Naomi, thanks for the such detailed answer!

When I've done this patch, I posted about it only on my twitter. I've created new release at VNDB also. So, about this patch knows only people, who view my release at VNDB and people from Facebook (and quiet a bit from my twitter). It's post didn't posted nowhere else, so this news isn't old, really~

Ah, now I realized, why you think that my post is old. It have been created on 14 September, but I posted it only on 10 November, my fault.

That's true, but then, so are all the other major VN developers, and we cover them plenty. Why wouldn't we cover their work just because they market their product too?

This is pretty awesome. The kind of game that makes me learn japanese faster just for the sake of reading it.

Steins Gate was awesome and Chaos Head was good. I'm really looking forward to it~

I never quite got into Choas Head and I'm unable to play Robotics Notes, but I did quite like Steins Gate. Spite that, I still am looking forward to it, especially if we see a PC version.

Didn't like Chaos;Head quite that much (except the delusions, they were great) but loved Steins;Gate, so this seems pretty good. Hopefully this time they'll release it for PC and maybe, maybe JAST will bring it here before 2038.
