I'm looking for tools to work with a vn called "A Maiden's Woven Canvas of Love". - https://vndb.org/v7794
I need tools that can decrypt and encrypt scripts in the .wsc format.
I also need tools for working with .arc archives of the old WillPlus format.

on vndb there are unofficial patches for chinese. Go look at what the chinese did and have a addon to translate everything you read on the webpage as you read and maybe you might find what your looking for
also use the wayback machine if the links are dead

For working with .arc archives, I found the program AE V0.6.11.421. Now all that's left is to find a tool for editing scripts.

If you compile them for me from the source code so that they work the first time, I will definitely try it. I don't have the resources to use Visual Studio.

The problem is not in extracting the scripts, but in their reintegration back into the game.
