Quotation doesn't work on Fuwanovel

Lately I'm unable to use the quotation button on the fuwanovel forum. When I click on it, nothing happens and the page only scrolls down to the message box. Does anyone know what the problem is? I'm using Internet Explorer.

I'd hazard a guess that your problem is that you're using Internet Explorer. The quote button works fine for me in Chrome, Firefox and even on my android phone.

Well, the real question here is what version of internet explorer you're using. If it's not at least 9, it's extremely old and random things breaking wouldn't be that weird. That said, you can always quote manually with BBcode tags if needed.

Works fine for me. Maybe you should change your browser? Or update it.

I believe that I do have the most recent IE version though. I just tried it out on Chrome and there it works, I guess it's indeed an IE only thing. The strange thing is that the quoting used to work normally on IE and I haven't adjusted any settings.

 

I will just get used to it.

You're not alone, IE has been prone to issues with text editors in the newer versions, not just our text editor either (wordpress for example), the Microsoft forums has tons of people with these types of issues, some people found solutions like compatibility modes, i'd just advice you to use other browsers.

Do yourself a favor and start using any other browser IE is the worst explorer that exists.

Google Chrome Is A Fine Browser You Will Get Used To It In No Time ^^
