Granted, you created a paradox due to the fact the concept of wish granting requires omnipotence, this creates a logical infinite regress involving omnipotent beings(wish for something that can't be corrupted -> wish for corruption -> wish for no corruption -> etc.) and thus the universe is now destroyed. As expected from Kaguya.

Granted. Because the US no longer needs a military, it instead spends the money on supporting big corporations which eventually results in the world becoming a dystopian corporatocracy, and with people having no way to fight back(because of world peace), it stays that way.
