Down Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 The ban process is described rather precisely in the rules afaik. A ban only comes after the member has been warned at least once (or twice) and serves as a second (or third) warning. Temp bans aren't exactly a big deal anyway. They don't require a trial because they are entirely up to the mods' judgment and communication should have occured during the first warnings anyway and can occur again afterwards. Tay is never involved in the process unless the member appeals his warning even if most of the mods agree on it. However, if we're talking about permabans, then only Tay is allowed to do that. Quote
