firecat Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 i use google because its used most often than bing and also because bing does not allow you to change words and heres a example showing how bad it really is: bing- hello world, i will take over the world ----------> Hola mundo, tomaré el mundo. / what bing thinks i said -------> hello world, take the world google- hello world, i will take over the world--> hola mundo , voy a tomar el mundo / what google thinks i said ---> hello world, i will take the world. see the difference and i can also fix some words with google unlike bing where you have to mix the words. p.s google should say "hola mundo, lo voy a tomar el mundo" but i help fix that on google. Monmon Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Wait? bakabutt? Zaka u r not trolling rite? Quote
Bolverk Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I recommend using Google for normal words, and bing for more cultural slang. Actually, you will get both in one if you just choose Chinese to English. Works even better Quote
Zakamutt Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Toldya it wasn't me. I'd never use that name. I personally recommend jp > cn then cn > en, cn is also asian language so clearly will work better, and cn has same SVO structure as en unlike the jp clusterfuck version of grammar. Will totally work, no need to worry about double info loss~ Quote
Kurisu-Chan Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Plot twist : it's Kendjin's alt account. Quote
Kendjin Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Good luck proving that. I totally didnt bounce this connection off a few satellites and a Serbian potato farmers house Quote
Kurisu-Chan Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I have best soviet sattelite Kendjin-san, works with glorious soviet potato and vodka. Quote
Zakamutt Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Strangely fits though. Tl;dr it was made up in F.S.G. (and elsewhere because it's rather obvious) to mess with me to refer to a person separate from myself and don't you suggest otherwise! Would never use someone else's name like that. Quote
Down Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Would never use someone else's name like that. Nooooooo you wouldn't. Quote
Kosakyun Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Would never use someone else's name like that. Really? ????????? Quote
Zakamutt Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 REALLY. NEVER DID THAT. ALL INDICATIONS TO THE CONTRARY ARE MADE BY LYING, DESPICABLE MODS AND DOWN. Quote
Kendjin Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 REALLY. NEVER DID THAT. ALL INDICATIONS TO THE CONTRARY ARE MADE BY LYING, DESPICABLE MODS AND DOWN. Down confirmed to no longer be a mod Quote
Down Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Down confirmed to no longer be a mod Surely you misread that. It just means that contrary to you I'm not a liar and despicable Quote
Kendjin Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Surely you misread that. It just means that contrary to you I'm not a liar and despicable Hmm that sounds like me. Quote
Deep Blue Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 i use google because its used most often than bing and also because bing does not allow you to change words and heres a example showing how bad it really is: bing- hello world, i will take over the world ----------> Hola mundo, tomaré el mundo. I think both of them are bad(even if they do it properly which none of them did), "i will take over" is not "tomaré" or "voy a tomar" that's the problem with any translator they translate things literally and you lost the meaning of the sentence, here should be "conquer the world" or "rule the world", "tomaré" is wrong, you don't "grab" something or use that verb in spanish to make something yours. Btw "hola mundo, lo voy a tomar el mundo" <---that sentence doesn't make sense, it should be "hola mundo, voy a conquistarlo / lo voy a gobernar / lo voy hacer mio" Quote
