New to vns, I need help with installing Ikikoi

Heyy~ As said in the topic title, I'm totally new to visual novels and I hope you will help me. I just downloaded Ikinari Anata ni Koishiteiru. Seems I'm doing something wrong but I'm not sure what it is. >< 

I tried to follow the instructions

I think I did everything what I should have done.

But when I'm trying to run cs2.exe this happens:

note that you will want to download a fix from the translator's website since the patch used in the release you're using is outdated and has a bug where voices don't always match lines https://tsukiatte.wordpress.com/2013/11/24/ikikoi-release/(you may have to read to find it. Consider this a worthwhile challenge)

If memory serves me right, you need to run the nodvd crack. Must've not worked for whatever reason if you have, try running again (as administrator maybe?), if that doesnt work try admin and compatibility, etc.

I thought so too, but they look much more complicated than they really are.
