Sadly, I have yet to read a visual novel that involves pizza or Miku. So please recommend me some visual novels! The more pizza, the better! I would also like to take this opportunity to tell you guys about my collaborative project featuring Hatsune Miku. Domino's App feat. Hatsune Miku. Hatsune Miku exists in a software called Vocaloid. Vocaloid enables you to make songs, and a character named Hatsune Miku sings the songs you create. I knew our Domino's Pizza crew could work together and create great Vocaloid songs. The challenge was successfully carried out, and this new collaborative app was produced. I won't bore you with all of the details, but I would appreciate it if you checked out my app for yourself. INTRODUCTION Hi there! This was originally a thread titled "Alicesoft Titles - Translation Updates" that I made back in 2014. I initially dedicated this thread to monitoring the progress of well-known Alice Soft fan translation projects (FanTL) that were proliferating during the time. Fast forward almost 10 years later in 2023—the visual novel scene is more alive than it's ever been in international spaces with most titles being easily accessible in mainstream storefronts like Steam. A lot of titles have been picked up by numerous publishing companies, both old and new, and games previously thought to be in JP-only jail are now just one purchase away to read in English. Some even have multiple language options on release! Alice Soft is one of many eroge companies that have decided to seek opportunities for sales in today's Western market. With around 40 years of experience being in the eroge market, it's no understatement to say that the company is one of the bigger names in the industry today. Their series that have long been loved by their Japanese audience are now being made available to a bigger international market that will experience their stories and fall in love with them as well. And hopefully, the number of these series will only continue to increase as the years pass by. To sort of pay homage to this expansion, I thought it'd be better to turn this FanTL dedicated thread into one that neatly organizes both official and FanTL releases for Fuwanovel's users. I recently finished reading a visual novel called Sakuya. It's in Japanese, but it isn't too difficult if you use text hooker and know some grammar. I just wanted to share it in case anyone else was interested in trying a short romance VN. I personally thought it was really cute and sweet When I read it, it felt really easy-going slice of life kind of VN. The setting takes place in a world that has advanced to the point they have human-looking robots working/living along with humans. The main character Akane, lives her daily life with Sakuya whom she considers family.. but in actuality, he's a robot. The special thing about him though is that he looks/acts almost human, and such compared the other normal robots. You could download the game for free at their site here. The free version contains no Hentai content, and the paid version includes it. It seems they also have other free VNs on their site too.

Their love of Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun (which is totally justified BTW). More specifically that they like outgoing humorous/mischievous characters. This is either because they identify with that type of character or because it is the exact opposite of their own personality and therefore attracts them. I'm going to go with the later in this case.

I know it would be bad in the long run, but I would laugh my ass off if the guys making Grisaia decided to go with one of the bad endings, and then at the end of it announce that they'd devote another season to ending it right. Only to show another bad ending. And then start off the sequel like nothing happened. I probably shouldn't be put in charge of a creative project ever.

Vermilion Bind of Blood Part 1: Sherryl, Anne, and Nina I decided to replay Vermilion to clean the bad taste out of my mouth (figuratively speaking) after the utter piece of crap I swallowed in the form of Sougeki no Jaeger (a good story-focused isn't enough to overcome the awful flavor of a true kusoge). Vermilion, to be blunt, is vampires at both their best and their worst. There are no sparkly vampires or vampires who seriously try to avoid drinking blood at all. There are no vampire protectors of humanity and the vampire hunters are pretty much screwed, because vampire bodies don't vanish, and it gets treated like a homicide case if the bodies are found. Not to mention that immortality is a great lure for the wealthy and powerful, lol. Kashima Toshirou, the protagonist of the story, is a former samurai and vampire who serves as a 'night police', whose job is primarily the execution of people who go against the rules of vampire society. This guy is generally hated by those he oversees, as well as most of those he works for or with (with a few exceptions, primarily heroines). He is overly serious, hidebound, has a spartan attitude toward people he has expectations for, and is as cold as ice when he feels the need. This VN, like all Light chuuni VNs, is LONG. If you aren't used to reading Japanese on its own or in jparser, you'll probably spend fifty hours or more on this VN, easy (more likely much longer than that). It generally takes me about twenty-four hours to finish all the paths. What I'm covering in this little review are the Anne, Sherryl, and Nina paths (the three vampire heroines). The next one will contain Ariya and the Grand Route. Anne Portman To be blunt, this is Light's token 'normal girl' heroine. She's your typical 'Victim A' and it shows both in her attitude, in the way she keeps tumbling into trouble, and how pathetically unrealistic she can be. To be blunt, she serves a similar role to Kasumi in Dies Irae, providing a contrast for the other heroines in nature. As such, every person who likes chuuni will absolutely hate her as a heroine, for feeling so out of place in such a bloody VN, and for being so obviously foolish and weak at times. Sherryl McGregor In contrast to Anne, Sherryl is generally the heroine almost everyone who plays this game likes the most (me being an exception, due to my inordinate fondness for heroines who like to try to kill the protagonist). She's a hundred and fifty year old vampire girl who had her roots in nineteenth century London... to be honest, I can't reveal anymore without ruining her path for you, so I won't. Let's just say that she is probably the most 'womanly woman' of the group, despite her sassy attitude and tendency toward lodging iron-edged stiletto heels in people's necks. Her path is more about love than anything else, and the things people are willing to do for it (and how they can break as a result of it). Nina Warlock She's the Princeps (I think that was originally what they were going for, but you know how awful Japanese are with English words) of the North American Diaspora (community of vampires). She is the person Toshirou serves personally, young both as a person and a vampire. Her path has a really thrilling set of ending scenes that always leave me feeling exhilarated. Because she is a young leader in a society that values age and power... well, let's just say she doesn't have it easy. To be blunt, it sucks to be her on any day of the week. She is very proud, though she does have a soft side that rarely shows. Her path's theme is pretty obvious, 'loyalty'. I think that most people pity her at the first part of the story and end up adoring her at the end, after having experienced her growth. Look forward to the second half of this review!!!

Agave is not the "common route" in the sense of it being the default route. It is the official true route but you have to unlock it by conquering all of the main heroines before hand. You can start Majikoi now. You WILL enjoy it. The prologue is loooong(in a good way). Try Momoyo first. It has the smoothest transition I think. It seems to be the best starting route. Try to leave Wanko until later. Her story is emotional and works best after you are attached to the characters. Other than that, just start reading. Also I propose that a new thread is started. Titled: Majikoi Miyako Route Translation - AKA random talk Part II and that Ouraibaa Hjyuraa start it so that he may update the first post. I think it he deserves the honor. Also I like this pointless thread.

Sadly I have yet to come across such a VN but i will tell you when I do Scott.

All right, since even Tiago left out some info, I'll clear everything up. Miyako's translation will be finished in a couple of weeks because Kosuna will no longer be able to work on it. Then it will be given to Dowolf for translation check and correction (And there will likely be a lot of corrections), so that will take some time. After that, it is given to me for final QC, which may also take a while, and finally to Azengar for patch. So it won't be released in a couple of weeks, but completely translated in a couple of weeks. Agave's route and QC is 100%, and just waiting for Azengar to make a patch. Kazama's route is 100% translated, but haven't started QCing yet. Chika's route is 100% translated, but haven't received it yet, as Dowolf wants to check it over. I will release Agave as soon as the patch is ready. Kazama's and Chika's routes will be released together. All patches will be compatible with Yandere's translation. Uncensor patch will be released with Miyako's patch, and will be optional. Does that answer everything?
