Every route except Miu are translated (or at least that's what he claimed). However, the partial patch they released only has Elina. As for the other guy, because people can't be sure whether or not the other two routes are translated, so he is just doing Miu route, which is untranslated, for now, in case Insem want to release the other two routes later (which is...pretty unlikely).

Yeah, those sentences Chronopolis pointed out bothered me a little as well. To nitpick a little bit further; it's easy to overuse weak/vague words like was/go or things/that when tling from Japanese, and sometimes you have like five sentences in a row that keep repeating "was", sometimes even twice in the very same line:
