littleshogun got a reaction from NadiaEros in Why hasn’t Fraternite been translated to English yet?
Looking from the tags on VNDB, maybe it's because the game would be hard to sale if we know on how some people can be sensitive when it come to a certain contents, especially among the Steam reviewers. Also for the contents, while arguably it may not as disturbing as Maggot Bait or Sadistic Blood, sometimes it took more than very extreme sex scenes to make the VN very disturbing (And I know on how Sadistic Blood sex scenes can be very extreme). As for my opinion, let's just say I would prefer Mangamer or Shiravune (With the latter has higher chance to release Fraternite) released something else, although if they want to release this than so be it.
PS - In case you want to read another translated Clock Up VN after Dead Days, then you can read Nemurenu in which Shiravune will release it in five days later.

littleshogun got a reaction from Novel21 in [Studio Frisay] Ushinawareta Mirai o Motomete Translation Project
As for the progress, I believe the translator most likely have real life business, so it would be better to just wait and see until he has some times to give the update.

Well, no much to say other than this obviously a very big project seeing the big number of texts, so good luck on your effort there.

littleshogun got a reaction from Okarin in Kanon is getting an official English release
Good for Visual Arts they want to localize Kanon regardless on how I'll call it as redundant anyway, seeing we already have the translation patch from way back in 2009. They also put some effort to resize the CG to 1280x720, so again good for them. That said, at this point the only KEY related news that I want to see is if Anemoi can see English release, and also Lunaria Steam release.

littleshogun got a reaction from Okarin in Amazing Grace or Mashiroiro Symphony HD?
Late to answer here. Anyway, both are technically good VNs and I'm sure you already tried both. That said, in case another person somehow got stuck in choosing between two VNs, then Amazing Grace should be better choice when it come to saving the money (And HDD), and it has mystery as the bonus. Technically Mashiro Iro is not bad VN by any mean (Especially if you like charage), although it's a bit more expensive compared to Amazing Grace, and not to mention you need to technically buy Sana Edition to call it as complete.

As for sex scenes, honestly just play fan translation if someone is very desperate for it. That said, it's very understandable people didn't consider Kanon sex scenes are good, especially when there's a patch to remove the sex scenes even back then, which mean there are people who prefer to play old version without the sex scenes. But if some find the sex scenes in Kanon are very arousing, well good for them.

littleshogun got a reaction from alpalin in Aiyoku no Eustia Translation Project (Partial Patch is Out!)
I'm very late to inform this, but better late than never. Anyway, in case anyone else still waiting for the final QA to be completed, the colored bar is increased by one since around December, so at least we can be rest assured that the translator still willing to working on this despite his real life busyness.

Another green bar is increased, so we have yet another progress happen even with the leak. That said, the next script files work may took a longer while, especially since it has the most line in the whole Eustia's chapter (673 lines) while the translator just finished the shortest script files (189 lines).

littleshogun got a reaction from Shaun in Tsurezure's New Project - Gin'iro Haruka
This should be the very last update for Ginharu, and yes we finally have Yuzuki's patch release. Admittedly there's still some QA work who currently done by the member, but generally speaking the current patch should be enough to enjoy all of Ginharu. Go get the patch from here, and have fun. Also note the patch are only tested for physical edition, so we don't know if it could work for download version as well (Feel free to test the patch if you get the download version).

littleshogun got a reaction from rimvydasm in Shiravune acquired Mashiro-iro Symphony
Bump the thread for obvious reason, namely it got exact release date and it'll be on May 2nd later. Also it'll be simultaneous release with Sana Edition, which to say is quite bothersome compared to just release it as one game considering Sana Edition is also has the common route. Anyway, feel free to note the date if you're been waiting for this.

littleshogun got a reaction from Shaun in Tsurezure's New Project - Gin'iro Haruka
Well looks like we'll going to have it finished in this April, because the translator announced the exact release date for Yuzuki's patch (On 26th later), so let's see if that date is indeed the real one. For the progress, all of the work for Yuzuki's patch is pretty much already done save for some very minor work, or in the translator's word 'to upload literally like what… 2 images to it(?)'.
That's all for (Possibly) the last update before Yuzuki's patch release.

Welcome to Fuwanovel and sorry for the belated greeting. If you want to know what's interesting topic to bring into introduction, maybe you can bring something such as the anime that you watch, although then again it was based on my introduction. Regardless, good luck on both of your project and real life. Lastly, I hope that you'll have fun in here.

littleshogun got a reaction from AthenaOlsen in Getchu Bishoujo Game Awards 2023
It's time for Getchu 2023 award, and the winner is unsurprisingly Sakura no Toki in which it's the sequel of very well received Sakura no Uta. Anyway, let's see top 10 below, and yes I did really mean 10 instead of 20 because somehow Getchu decided to just list 10 top rank instead of usual 20, which to say is quite understandable. By the way, you can view the result in this link.
1. Sakura no Toki -Sakura no Mori no Shita o Ayumu- - Makura
2. Amakano 2+ - Azarashi Soft
3. Tenshi Souzou RE-BOOT! - Yuzusoft
4. Mashiro-iro Symphony: Sana Edition - Palette
5. Mashiro Iro Symphony -Love is pure white- Remake for FHD - Palette

-
8. Happy Live, Show Up: Encore!! - FAVORITE
9. D.C.5 ~Da Capo 5~ - CIRCUS
10. Yuunagi-sou no S-kyuu no Kanojo-tachi 2 - MOONSTONE Cherry

Best Erotic Contents: Bunny's Mama Daikou Service That's all for the list, and admittedly speaking the list show the worrying state of VNs in Japan.

littleshogun got a reaction from Shaun in Tsurezure's New Project - Gin'iro Haruka
Turned out the last update is not really the last update before Yuzuki's patch release. Anyway, there's a bunch of word from the updates, so I'll quote it below.
Personally speaking it's a bit too bad that the release was pushed back again with the estimated earliest release time is at April, although then again it's definitely far more annoying to get a hundreds of notification in Discord informing grammar errors in Ginharu (Nitpicking or not) so the staffs understandably tried their best to fix the translation as much as they could, and obviously it took long time with the staffs only finished the QA passes for both Mizuha and Yuzuki's routes just recently. Also the writer of the post is the hacker which the last time it was mentioned is still bedridden because of the operation, and apparently it took longer time to recover so only now he can find the time to start the finalization work on it. Anyway, the current progress is listed as 'Playtesting Gin’Iro’s patch' (ie beta testing the patch) with additional notes they made the final changes to the scripts in both routes.
Lastly, with on how turbulent the finalization work turned out, I'm not quite sure if it's really the last update before Yuzuki's patch release or not. Regardless, I'll write the update in the next month if the staffs still has some bit to say in regard of the updates. Of course, it'll be better if the next update is Yuzuki's patch, but we'll see about it later.
That's all for March 2024 update of Ginharu here.

littleshogun got a reaction from Ishiko in The platform you normally use to play VN?
For platform I used laptop, and obviously I used Windows to play the VN. As for the reason, it's simply because the one that the initial OS which available on my laptop is Windows, and it's practical enough anyway in that almost all of the VN developers released their VNs for Windows. By the way I used to have desktop PC in the past, although nowadays I just have my laptop.
