when i started learning jp i first tried playing some untranslated games like atelier, tales of ...& such stuff, anything with not so much text in it is fine.

that seems to be it, as far as i understand. but i highly doubt its that easy to either get them to accept the deal, or on their side to get any title localised they´re interested in. whole posts from koryuu or whomever sounds a bit like a spoiled kid stomping on the floor, urging u to buy some candy, you know

jup i don´t see the comment in a negative way, too. its more like an offering to work officially towards the same goal, amsuming they get the companys approval. and yes guerilla fan-translations do harm any official project going on.
