I just started playing way of the samurai 4, It looked like a pretty decent rpg with some freedom and some roaming, and I have to say the game has some pretty hilarious dialogues, I'm only a bit into the game, but it seems like there are several factions to side with,and lots of endings based on your actions, I love it when you play an rpg and your choices has an impact on the outcome.There are somethings that I find disappoint though, like some doors that looks real nice but can't actually be opened, but then again almost all rpgs have unopenable doors, its a pretty small game( limited amount of maps), so there is limitations,there is not much character customization at all so I probably won't pay full price for it,but for a discount price, I would recommend it since its pretty fun GTA style roaming with swords and spears, though the map is obviously much smaller. Fun fact:if you start a NG+, your previous character can be seen roaming the city, and on the original PS3, you can invade other players cities or let them invade yours, kind of like the pvp system in dark souls.

I would recommend Muv-Luv series, well...mainly alternative because that is where it gets good,its a sci-fi/military action VN that has a really nice story and will keep you hooked. There are 3 parts to the muv-luv series, the first is like a Rom-Com, and the second is kind of like the first except there is some other elements that makes it more serious, and the third one is where the party begins, anyways, enjoy your stay

Haven't had time to read at all, busy with school and other stuff, but thanksgiving break has started for me, so I can finally settle down and enjoy a book, Started His Majesty's Dragon in the Temeraire series, I'm not really a huge dragon fan, but i'll read anything that's fantasy or sci-fi if it sounds interesting to me.

I just started watching Rokka no Yuusha,and after 1 episodes, I can't really tell if I like or dislike the MC,he acts all cocky,but he can improvise pretty good in combat( against humans at least, I don't know if those tricks of his will work on fiends or not), but its kind of nice to see a MC that sticks out instead of just generic good guy MC that tries to save the world....oh wait...hes pretty close to that, except he has a cocky attitude, i'll have to watch more to be able to decide whether i'll like him or not.

You would not know without trying, it seems. So just believe me. As you now have a position like "never tried - but this cannot be so", which is fundamentally wrong. There is a small chance that in your particular town teachers are respected by their pupils and really enjoy their work, but... Veeeery small chance, indeed. I have no experience,so I can only make predictions based on what i know and what i believe, and sometimes that prediction might not be true. Around where I live, the public school system sucks ass. My brother actually had a girlfriend who was going into teaching and was a student teacher. She taught 3rd graders and liked it, but when she got moved to 7th grade, she said it was torture. She said that all the kids starting puberty caused the entire experience to make her not want to teach middle school anymore. Really it depends on where you live and how well funded your school system is. The neighborhood I live in has a 77% highschool graduation rate for public school, and anybody who actually cares about their kids sends them to private school. I was in that school system until 6th grade, where my mom pulled me test into a different school where I skipped two grades straight into 9th in a private school in a different state. The public school system actually told her that in order for them to help me, I had to fail, and not get 100%s on everything. TL;DR: be more sensible, sure he may enjoy the subject, but the other factors can be quite lethal. Teaching may always be in demand, but there is a reason it's always in demand. That was my point of view, and i apparently I was horrendously misinformed or something along that line, it seems everyone think that the public school system is complete shit. I thought the public school systems was better what what I thought,but i guess I was wrong.

Sorry for asking, but did you ever worked as teacher or did you even worked anywhere more than a year? As my own work experience tells me completely opposite No, but i don't see how work experience relates to this,i know the real world is harsh, but I don't think its that harsh...I mean its not living hell out there....maybe not the part of town where i live XD

Read what Rooke told in this thread. You seems do not have an idea about teacher's work, speaking about "easy and enjoyable". I really doubt every kid is a demon at heart, there has to be good kids, and yes, its easy and enjoyable , since teaching a subject to high school or middle school student should not be difficult,and if you enjoy the subject you teach, since your teaching out of interest and not pay, it should be enjoyable since you picked that job and your passionate about it.I'm not saying he will enjoy his job for sure, but if he picks the job because he likes that field of work, surely he will enjoy the job more than the other choices.

I don't have the slightest clue what Major I should do either, but some people have told me that you will probably find something that you have interest in later on, since you can change majors, you can flex around, now let me give you my opinion on the jobs. Geology: I have no clue about this, I'm guessing a decent job maybe? oil company:probably going to be good pay and hard work, surveying with a construction company: its going to be a easy job and you get paid pretty good, but it depends on what potion your in and what company. teaching: teachers get paid rather poorly,but its going to be a easy and enjoyable job if you enjoy what you teach. It sucks you have to make a choice, but at least you have some general directions to where your headed to...I'm gonna have to make my choice soon, but I'm still utterly lost...You can always change your major if you find something more suitable for you, so don't worry about it.

99% of the time yes, i guess it gives you more comfort knowing the direction your headed into, it would just plain suck if you died or reached a BE when your trying to play the game. There was this one Vn I played, had like 30 BEs, but luckily the BE reverts you back to the choice that caused your death, and its usually pretty short work from there using the control button.

@LiquidShu, I would try alternating between something else to keep yourself entertained,I usually do a combo of video games+VN, or video games+anime, have an alternative in case you get bored of something. You can also try pushing a bit if your not too bored, i sometimes would face an Arc with long and bland text that would bore me, sometimes I push a bit and something interesting happens and it grabs my attention and it negates the boredom and gets me interested again. So I finished Zombie no Afureta Sekai de Ore Dake ga Osowarenai, and I have to say.....not the finest thing I have read....It has a decent story at most,very little voice acting besides the H...speaking of H, i'm really confused on if this is suppose to be a nukige or just some vn with a lot of H....I mean I guess the main point of this isn't really H, but IMO the MC has way too much pointless sex. The story wasn't really that intense, was quite a disappointment, and there is no suspense or tension what so ever...as you can tell by the name of the VN,MC does some things that makes me scream WTF, but now that I think back to it, some of makes sense I guess,since hes in a post apocalyptic world, but I feel like the MC is too average...he is the type of guy I would expect to die in the first week in a zombie apocalypse. There was a to be continued at the end, so i guess there will be a sequel or sequels. Just started Ushinawareta Mirai wo Motomete, the score for the anime adaption was pretty low on MAL,but it seemed pretty interesting since it had a time loop tag and multiple route mystery tag,so that has piqued my interest.

To me, SC II was a great game, I had a ton of fun , and a lot of memories, but the game is dead now, I would have bought the game, but since spending 60$ to play a single player game wasn't my kind of thing(I did that for HOTS), I decided to have a no go on legacy. When WOL came out, me and my friends all got the game and we had a blast, ,2v2,3v3,and 4v4,and the custom games, and it was great.The game eventually died, there isn't as much players now,and when HOTS came out, I was the only one that got the game,and since I had WOL for so long, the game was quite boring and repetitive.i was actually pretty pumped about this release and the trailer was so badass,but I just wasn't motivated enough since I'll probably be doing what the same thing regardless. Blizz makes some great games,but my time for SC2 is over, I hope you enjoy yours, and since I was a toss fan( I even had my own 7 minute warp gate rush back in the days), and its the release of the toss campaign, FOR AIUR!

oh yeah, I know @Deep Blue read the recently, I have it stalled for some reason (I have a bad habbit of being hyped for a lot of vns at the same time, so rarely I cant decide which one I actually wanna stick to :P) I can say without a doubt that is garbage, coming from a company that only makes nukige it wasnt something strange to expect, the MC is a piece of garbage, there is just barely any voice acting, lot and lots of sex scenes that take forever then there is him gathering supplies and doing the same things or surfing the web doing stupid things. Hidden Content The good thing is that is really short like 13k of lines so yeah it wont take much to read Something good about the novel? Hidden Content I thought I stumbled upon some interesting material for once...but if its just a bunch of sex, then i might as well not waste any time on it i was expecting something cool with some good story since a zombie Apocalypse is usually pretty awesome if you somehow survive the initial outbreak, was expecting guns, lots of guns. I was sorta hoping it wouldn't be the sort of Highschool of the dead crap where its a total boobfest, but the CG looked pretty good,the one zombie with a machete.i'll read and determine if its good or not. if you can't complain about the ending, at least you can complain about everything else.

I just finished Psycho-Pass, and man...it was a fantastic watch.This show is indeed mind blowing, its got some serious stuff ,and its pretty messed up too, the only thing I have seen more messed up than this was Mirai Nikki( I couldn't take that show, had to drop it after 5 episodes because it was so fucked up). I went in the show expecting just a normal action anime with plenty of shooting and fighting, and i was really surprised by the content, the show has great story and character development,and it starts to pick up really nicely around the last quarter of the anime, it was so intense and it kept you anticipating what will happen next, and it ended really nicely, most shows reach a climax around 3/4 of the way of the anime or even earlier, but Psycho-Pass did it near the very very end, ant it did it so well that it didn't ruin the fall afterwards,it had me hooked for more.I would recommend this show if you haven't seen it yet, but you have to steel your heat a bit if you haven't seen stuff like this before(I saw a couple episodes of Mirai Nikki, so my heart was solid enough to not drop this show). I'm gonna go find some comedy to slow the pace down, was some intense stuff i watched.

Playing Divinity original sins, now that the enhanced edition is out,the game had some resemblance to dragon age;origins(which was my favorite RPG), so I decided to give it a shot since the gameplay looked pretty good on youtube.

I go with the good choices,since being evil just gives you a quick boost of cash or item or whatever, while playing nice makes you feel good since technically you made a morally correct choice , sure it might be easier if you play the pillage and burn everything way,but there are usually hidden rewards for being good, like the people you saved come thank you later with an item or gold, while being evil is acquiring the item or gold instantly, but good choices don't always guarantee a reward, while evil nets you something for sure,otherwise it wouldn't be evil.I'm a nice guy, so I tend to avoid killing people unless they completely ticked me off,and its rather hard to tick me off,unless they straight out attack me ,I'm quite forgiving. Also a side note about witcher 2, it was really hard to make the choices....since both endings are ....you know.... Cool name by the way, but I think it should be CobraInvictus, but that's just my opinion

I would not pay 10 bucks for a game where you die once and its game over...One life game...reminds me of arcade games, but those don't cost 10 bucks to play every time, so if the price was cheaper, i would buy it, and if I die, money thrown,just like at the arcade, you pay and play for however long you can, but not for the price of 10 bucks.

I just finished Yuela's route in Kamidori...took forever...105 hours,but I did get all my characters to 99,100% all dungeons, except the two at yuma lake and limestone cavern where you need the gold key to 100%. Grindnig the characters to 99 took around 20-30 hours alone.I can only thank the MMORPGS I have played before,but this was a serious pain in the ass, In MMOs, at least you did raids and dungeons with other people, this was literately running the same dungeon over and over by yourself, so glad its finally over. Yuela's route was really nice at the last chapter, the war with Disnafrody was intense and really enjoyable. Kamidori is quite enjoyable if you just play normally, but if you want to get all the bonus little stuff and get better stats or levels, the game turns into a grindfest. I'm gonna start a NG+, but I'm really tempted to download a 100% save file...the grinding scares me.

Halloween isn't even close....so I got a little confused when I saw the post, I thought I had memorized the date wrong.I stopped trick or treating back in middle school,since there was always left over chocolate, there was no point in going trick or treating if you had candy XD.The weather is way too cold for trick or treating anyways.... its like in the 60s here,and I don't even live in the colder north. our family never hands out candy...well... I never hand out candy, my parents did that for a couple of years, and then it grew to placing a bowl outside with a sign that told people to help themselves. Funny thing is, the kids in our neighborhood come at around 6pm ish...really early...but then again there aren't many kids where I live.

Playing the pre-order beta for Warhammer the end times - vermintide, the graphics are amazing and the gameplay is amazing as well,its like a medieval version of LFD, 4 players max in co-op to clear hordes after hordes of ratman. currently 10% off for pre ordering it on steam,and you get access to the beta, the game releases on the 23rd,but the beta started 2 days ago,I'v found me something good to kill time with from now on.

Since I'v got a lot of time to kill, I went back to Kamidori...last time I was playing that, I wasn't even done with one of the routes....but then again one route in kamidori is like 100+ hours. i'll probably last a couple days before the grind wears me out
