No, as stated above, I'm just a mouse when it comes to anything resembling horror. Yeah, Babiker got that from a youtube review of Rewrite I made No, I know myself; I would not get through that game just fine. (I mean, chirst, I got nightmares from freaking Luigi's Mansion as a kid....)

Ah, heh... Song of Saya... the one game that I try to stay away from because I'm a mouse when it comes to horror. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to sleep for a week if I ever played that game.

Based just on the trailer alone, I think it looks pretty sweet. Still, I would have liked to see a playable demo of the game before judging if I think it's good or not...

Yeah, that's the one. I've grown a bit more skeptical about this game after playing some of the betas the devs released to the kickstarter backers though. I felt the story didn't quite live up to my expectations and the gameplay was way too imbalanced, unpolished and just kinda boring. Still, that was in march that I played that beta. Hopefully they will have ironed out most of the flaws by July.

I'd be up for helping out with this project, if it is still going. I have my own channel over on youtube where I mostly do VN-related videos, so I have a bit of experience of making videos from there. As for suggestions on what to upload... I've had this idea of making different top X videos, like "The top 5 worst h-scenes in VNs", "The top 10 VN protagonist that you wish you could punch through the screen", or "The top 5 VNs developed outside of Japan.". That kind of thing. What's been holding me back though, is that I feel I haven't really played enough VNs yet to actually know which games/characters/moments I should put on any such lists. It could be pretty cool if we could make some sort of collaborative effort to put together one or two of these and then one of us makes a video out of it.

I dunno... looks pretty generic too me... ..also it just gave me some painful flashbacks to Sengoku no Rance, and by god do I never, ever wanna have to experience anything like that... thing again, ever.

Oh...uh... okay. I did not even know that this was a thing. Anyway, I just had another idea; have you thought about uploading the podcasts to youtube? It could be a good idea to put them there since it would be easier for people who are not a part of Fuwanovel to find them. Also, just in case they would accidentally disappear from one site just due to some technical problem of sorts, it would nice if we had a backup of them on another website.

F yes! I've been looking forward to this. Episode 1 of World End Economica ended one one of the worst cliffhangers I've ever seen in VNs. I reeeeeaaally hope this kickstarter will be a success. ...although considering they've already got 50% of their founding down after just one day, I don't think there's any way this kickstarter is not going to be a sucess

Not really, as it'll be a lot easier to convince people to give VNs a try if they know absolutely nothing about the medium as opposed to having negative preconceptions about it for the get-go. ....buuuut we're getting of topic. Don't worry, VN are gonna stay so underground for the next 10 years or so, if you tell anyone you're a fan of visual novels they won't even know what you're talking about.

Right, so now we have birds down, and there's also that humanoid-insect game that turned up on the other thread, and I also remember there was some other VN that let you date fruit and vegetables. Excellent, the list is getting smaller, but there are still some things that you still need to let us be able to virtually date, VN developers. -_- Here are some other creatures/objects/entities you still need to add: -Cars -Flowers -Foxes -Computers -Yourself -Tables -Nuclear bombs -Santa Clause -The president of the US -North Korea (The country itself, not people from North Korea) -Space-Time -"The Void" -Last but not least: a game that makes the user go and meet some people that don't run on batteries.

Fingers crossed for this to be all-ages, or at least have an all-ages version. Key has never been good at writing H-scenes in my opinion. They're no where near Type Moon's level, but thats not saying a lot.

Yeah, I'm gonna say it is definitely worth playing through. The first one is only about 5 hours long, so it should take too long to go through. As for the visuals... they don't get any better, but at least I got used to it after the first fifteen minutes. You might have a similar experience.

Eh... maybe, but I won't do that any time soon. it's like a year ago since I read Narcissu now, and I don't feel any real need to re-read it at the moment. Besides, my buddy Mattrocks101 has said he is making a review of it, and it's probably going to end up better then anything I could do right now Yepp that old. And there is no way you could have seen it on my channel front page because it has never been there. This video has always been set as unlisted.

.... .... .... ....what the heck, guys?... I haven't seen a thread necrosis this bad since InvertMouse dug up the old Fuwanovel podcast thread, and that one was only 6 months old at that time. Well, might as well tell you, I just felt that this video wasn't nearly on par with my other works at the time on finishing it, so I basically just decided to scrap it. I'm keeping it unlisted so that I ever find myself disconnected from youtube and unable to make anything for several months, I could just reupload this one to fill up that void, telling people that it was something I made way back in summer 2013 and that they should not get their expectations up. Thanks everyone for all the suggestions! I'm not sure if I can really put sites that also host torrents for licensed VNs on the list. Erogydownload for example have torrents for Steins;gate and Song of Saya. I feel I can't approve of that. Also, are the any VN localizing companies that have been missed so far?

Hi Fuwanovel! So, I make reviews of VNs over at youtube and every now and then people will always ask me one particular question that I have already answered at least ten times before: "Hi, do you know where I can download/buy [insert title here]?" So, I figured I would get that question out of the way once and for all and make a video where I list off all pf the bigger websites where people can download visual novels, both legal for licensed VNs and illegal for unlicensed once, as well as every company who is localizing visual novels and maybe also add some places at which one can import VNs from Japan. Therefor I would just like your help to tell me the sites you know of which would be worth putting in a video like this The once I intend to include right now are: -Fuwanovel (surprise!) -MangaGamer -MoeNovel -J-list (or... JAST USA....I guess.... I cannot figure out the relationship between J-list and JAST...) -YesAsia Hope you can help me out.
