It's mostly personality for me, as I don't particularly care for bust size. For example: I like Kud from Little Busters, but I prefer Haruka and Kanata. I like Komomo from Hoshizora no Memoria, but I prefer Mare. I like Kimi and Tomo from Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon, but I dislike Vert from Neptunia.
