Of course, I wouldn't mind normal members posting, but I thought the subforum would be locked or something (like letting people post in the threads, but not create threads) so that the place doesn't get clogged. I guess it'll be fine, though.

Yeah, that should be fine. If we're doing it that way, I'd suggest using blue for the blog and for the forums (we might do it green here, now that I think of it). Do we start today or next week, though? I wouldn't mind posting it in the blog right now.

Yeah, this should work well. I could post in the blog with no problem- copy and paste + a picture of a particular highlighted project wouldn't take more than one minute. Dunno about who would create the threads, though- I'd actually suggest you, since you're the most active member here. In case one of us ends up missing a day because of something, we could talk to other members (like zaka or boomer for the blog or any of the other mods for the forums) beforehand so that they do it. As for the day, we might as well do it on sunday, like everyone else. No need to delay it. That was the outline I had, at least.

Akuma no Riddle.... Is pretty weak. I'm not particularly into yuri, the drama makes you facepalm and the action does seem pointless. Hey, at least they've got good character designs, I guess. Black Bullet is escalating too quickly. As someone who played RPGs for a long time, I wonder if they'll have enough story for the whole thing. If right at the beginning you beat what seemed like a major boss character and killed one of the biggest threats to mankind, I wonder what you'll do next that seems exciting. If they do have enough story without it getting nonsensical, I'm actually looking forward to it. NGNL is going as expected! I was worried Sora was going to end up way too normal after seeing some of his reactions, but I'm glad he didn't. It's still the anime I'm liking the most here. Mekakucity Actors is also pretty good. Nothing mindblowing yet, but everything is nice. It may end up stealing the "best anime of the season" from NGNL if they do it right.

I think we should actually use the blog for this. That way, all of the people who enter to download VNs can see it and it won't clog up the forums.

First of all, I'd want to talk to Ryu about it. While they also take it from somewhere else, it just wouldn't feel right to take it from them without saying anything. If possible, I'd love it if we could have friendly relations with them, after all. After that, we make a thread in the fuwa improvements and try to convince Steve to make a new subforum. If it doesn't work, we post it on the fan trasnaltion board, I guess. They only have active projects. Projects that didn't post any update in the last months were removed. If they post something again, they're added again.

Nope! I do feel like you should learn from your past mistakes, but I feel no need to treasure memories. Right now and the future are way more important than that. In fact, if I kept all my knowledge and worldview, I wouldn't mind losing all my memory right now.

I don't mind it either way. VNs with no gameplay are ok, but the ones with gameplay are fine as well. I can ejnoy them regardless, though I prefer if the gameplay is just complementary to the story, not it's main selling point. I like having tons of different choices if they all lead to different stuff. It gives me more things to do, which makes the total run time of a VN longer- which is great, when VNs make up most of your entertainment.

Normal body proportions make you get into a story easier. It's probably really hard to make a serious, good VN using only chibi characters- it only works in comedy. So, yeah. I prefer normal body proportions, nii-chan.

This is basically a hate topic about Insem by now, something we do not welcome here. Everyone should cool their heads a bit and regain composure- remember one of our high points is that we're a friendly community, after all. Of course, any and all discussion about the actual patch is still going to recieve a welcome with open arms. ...And I guess nii-chan posted before me. Oh well.

So, in 2 days, it will have been one year since I registered in the forums, an event truly worth celebrating. I already have some ideas on what to do, but it couldn't hurt to have some more, right? So, is there anything in particular you want to see me doing for my fuwaday?
