Well, if we are only to look at Accelerator's esper ability, controlling vectors, I think it's actually more defined than Shiki's "Mystic Eyes of Death Perception". Reason is, in Accelerator's case the question is like: "Does it have a vector?" if so, he can control said vector. Well, you can still use his powers against him, like Kihara did, but overall his powers are less complicated. Accelerator's power is more of a yes/no question. If it has vectors, Accelerator can control them and that's it. Shiki's power involves a lot of other variables. We have no idea when his eyes will have an overload and what he can "kill", since "killing" poison left him hospitalized for a lot of time in Kohaku's route. There are still other questions to Accelerator, of course, and there's more to him than vector control... But, I feel like his ability is more concrete than Shiki's, at the very least. If you decide to take Accelerator more deeply and look at him like an Artificial Angel, I guess things get a little bit more complicated, but "Vector Control" is doubtlessly less vague than "Mystic Eyes of Death Perception". Btw, my favorite Level 4 is Kuroko.

Yep. Except Lancer, I think. Since he'd just reflect their noble phantasms, he'd kill them. Lancer noble phantasm meddles with fate though, so I don't know. Btw, who is your favorite Level 4 on Index? Don't want to make another poll question, so I'll just ask you guys here.

Isn't the reason Kuroko is punched in the face more often than she would like because her teleporting needs complex 11th dimension vector calculations? In that case, I'd assume Accelerator should be able to win against her, at least. Have some more Frenda

Yep. I'd give eveything to be Kuroko's onee-sama~ just a random question, but how long would Kuroko be able to fight against Misaka? Maybe about the same as Frenda? Also, have some Frenda.

Oh well. At least walking isn't so annoying. And you don't have to go until god-know-where to find an instructor to teach you a skill. Kirara is the best character to me. Yumina is still annoying, even in chapter 6. I simply dislike characters like her. She's still entering my most hated VN character list.

I suppose both Saten and Uiharu are more useful then Index overall. Kuroko is cuter with Misaka, indeed But Kuroko is plenty cool without Misaka. Hell, she's cooler than usual without Misaka. I ask of you to remember this: Followed by this:
