No, I have no issues with them. I never said it was their fault to begin with. I'm only somewhat annoyed at myself, not them, lol. I'm also not thankful at having costumer service because that's just an ordinary thing every company has. I just feel neutral about them.

SRs are actually surprisingly easy to get. My main account has (possibly had, seeing how long it's taking for me to retreive it ) 10 SRs, one idolized, with only two months of play, no money spent and no 10+1 draws (single draws are life) with only 2 months of play. Shouldn't take that long for full SR teams.

I threw one love gem worth of money to be able to retrieve my account easily in case I lost it. I now see how good of an investment it was Smile honokas are amazing, though. They're the only rares that break the 4000+ power level in the game so far, I think (in the EN version).

Don't worry, rares will naturally appear. ...Still waiting for my account, Klab. I won't be amused if I don't get it back until today ends. I'm pretty happy with the Kotori account, though. Drawing that SR Kotori was nice too. I didn't need any more healing than I already had with the UR, but /shrug.

My advice for those free gems is to keep them. Spend them in a Honoka event or something, since it seems like her events don't have much competition. Max out that value! From now own (if I ever manage to keep gems- soloyolos are too tempting and rewarding. Oh yeah, speaking about it, I got an SR Kotori from today's soloyolo!), I'll only spend gems in events of the least popular characters.
