I believe it has to do with the raw brutality and it´s sober approach to the reality of the world as whole. Up to now, (I have only read the story up to Sachi rout starting from Amane and Makina) Every single person at that academy has some past with devastating outcome behind them. On the side note, was Yumiko´s route the only one you have read?.

I have always thought of most anime as of a way to visualise story into art while avoiding making film or 3D animation. The lovely thing about anime is that you can make practically anything possible as long as you can write and draw it, bypassing the posibilities of acted film, while avoiding the often childish looking 3D style. I mean, I have never seen a critically acclaimed 3D animation that has adult themes to be honest. What I meant with what I written above, is that writers of anime should realize that quite a good number of the fans are normal grown-ups of at least average intelligence. I usually need to be told things once to comprehend them, not 6 times in the course of 10 minutes. Yeah sometimes recap of what the heck is going on is nice, but that should be reserved for the start of the episode, before the opening IMHO. Ïneed. The fact that the anime is thought inducing and allows degree of individual thinking is IMO a good thing. Now that I think about it, this is probably why I liked steins gate anime so much.

I am currently playing fruit of grisaia, and to be honest it is really a great VN. The cast is pretty interesting (I utterly love makina´s rough talk, cutest drill sergeant ever), and the story has enough interesting content to keep you doing. One thing I adore about this VN is that despite the fanservice-ish setting, it really has some sobering themes and there were times when I was like ''Oh my god, this cant be happening''. Actually I am open to suggestions too. I have few VNs in reserve but there is shortage of them always.

Gee Lust, I can totally see that Mustang is pressing his hand on his cauterised wound, and that the picture he drew on his arm with suspicious red color (I mean he totally must have found a small bucket of red paint on his way to her to draw that huh?) Is most likely the alchemy crest painted with his own blood. Also the fact he uses lighter as a trigger is pretty self explainatory considering the fact he immolates her 5 seconds after explaing it. IMO, writers should really refrain from destroying the tension and intensity by characters to explain every little thing.

And i generally dont preorder my games for that reason and wait for the first reviews. But there is the odd exception to that rule and that is the fallout series. Because no matter how bad bethesda screws up we always have the modders to fix everything bad. Gamebryo has derived from an engine that is over 15 years old. 15 YEARS!!! And please, dont even try to compare W3 to skyrim. That would be like comparing steak to burnt beef. Even if witcher had more bugs than oblivion, F3 and skyrim combined, it still destroys them all in gameplay department. Bethesda needs to step up ther game. If this is how next-gen is supposed to look like, then I will silently cheering EA/Dice, because they at least try to push the boundaries with frostbyte. Modding support is not excuse for using such godawful engine as Gamebryo in a game of 2015. Hell it was not even excuse with the case of Skyrim. Skyrim is crystal clear proof that the engine is simply outdated as hell. I mean try to fight something in dark souls 2, then start up skyrim and try to fight something there. It perfectly goes to show that Bethesda is stuck in stone age of gaming. What??? I hope you are being sarcastic, because if not, YOU ARE PRACTICALLY BEGGING THEM TO STICK A **** IN YOUR MOUTH AND THEN USE THE *** STAINED UNMENTIONABLE TO STICK IT IN CERTAIN SPOT IN BETWEEN THE BUTTOCKS OF THE GAMING COMMNITY!!!
