I never switch it off. It's way more immersin, at least for me, to actually hear everyone's voice, that's partially the reason why I haven't started hollow/altaraxia yet. Seiyus put a lot of work into it, so it's such a waste to turn it off! Though it really gets on my nerves when some characters have a very irritating voice (I'm looking at you, Hoshimemo) or some supporting characters are left unvoiced (Rewrite).

Finally finished Hoshizora no Memoria. It turned out to be a bit boring. The story was meh, the only thing keeping me going was the characters really. Don't know why it is so highly rated. Now starting Kamidori Alchemy Meister and really digging it. The amount of content is overwhelming and I really enjoy the idea of upgrading your workshop.

I was just wondering if many people use walkthroughs to beat a VN like me or do you prefer to try to go through the choices yourselves trying to figure out flags and all that stuff. Sorry if this topic was already discussed before.

Well, VNs are a form of entertainment, so realism is usually neglected. And that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Wow, that was educative, I learnt something new today, thanks Ren. I still hope major VNs will be releasing worldwide in the future. Wishful thinking, I know.

You should watch Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry. It's very similar to Asterisk, but the MC is funnier. I've seen it, but I still like Asterisk more.
