  1. Going for the white-haired one on the left! ^^
  2. I like your style. Welcome, sir.
  3. Is this a new "Favorite" VN!?
  4. I think write write write is the way to go, actually.
  5. Idolly write short sentences or words whilst bored, eg. in class. Pick a nice J-song, try to sing along by reading the kana. When you know the lyrics, write them in kana. Anything like those. I got them learnt off by writing the alphabets in their grid arrangement repeatedly.
  6. But really, Serious Keima is fucking badass; this show's gotten dark pretty fast, eh?
  7. OH MY GOD, EPISODE TWO WAS SO DAMN GOOD!!!!!1111
  8. I've not even heard of it before. I'll check it out, though I really like the persona community of FF, so I'll likely stick around there.
  9. I know, one does get used to the idea that particles are one character each.
  10. There are plenty more: から、まで、ついて。。。 Like I said, they're pretty much the same as European prepositions; and we've plenty of those.
  11. ”は” is a "Particle", a grammatical tool similar to a preposition. Particles are pretty much the only irregularly pronounced kana. So, ”は” is the character for the sound "Ha"; but, when used as a Particle, it's pronounced "Wa". Other such exceptions are ”へ”, which is pronounced "E" when used as a Particle and ”を”, which switches between "Wo" and "O" depending on accent and personal preference. Look up basic particles if you want to learn more: they're quite easy to grasp with proper teaching.
  12. A "Feng" translation; "Chuunibyou" Season 2; a "Hoshimemo" anime; a "Rewrite" anime; Virtual Reality; Real-life purple and pink hair; 2012; 42; Deism's dominance over "Revealed"/Hearsay Religion... I might add to this list later.
  13. It's being translated, and won't be done anytime soon.
  14. "FanFiction.net". There's a link in my signature.
  15. Wait, is "Tomoyo After" "After Story"? I'd thought they were different games...
  16. Right, since I've always felt that I'd have to play it eventually, I've decided I'll play "Clannad"; then "After Story"; then, finally, "Tomoyo After". Let me know if I should do them in a different order.
  17. They're both based on the "Persona" series. One's a dark twist on "Persona 3", and the other's an almost completely original work.
  18. Mainly because I haven't played one before; and I have an idea that the romance might work better, or at least differently, than a multi-heroine romance, due to the much heavier focus on a single pairing. From what I see, they don't seem to be nearly as popular as multi-heroine, common route branches.
  19. "Tomoyo After" looks interesting, only I've not played "Clannad". I don't have much interest in "Narcissu". "Kud Wafter" looks best, just because it's a "Key" work; so I might wait for the translation of that one. EDIT: It's an expansion of "Little Busters", and I've not read that either, so...
  20. Whilst I know that I've not played many VN's in general, I'd like the next one to be the kind with a single heroine (Of which I've only heard in "Kaminomi"). So, can anyone direct me to a good translated VN with a single heroine?
  21. Cute ending right? For me to reach that end I have to tell all 8 mentioned arcs. You can do it! I will be by your side.
  22. More on topic, I find it amazing that there are more high-qualty translations for this sort of stuff, and they're distributed for free, and these lot are expecting people to pay.
  23. Heh, you fight every god, including GOD. YHWH, the judeo-christian God! (Me! ^_^/>/>) And it's fecking brilliant!
  24. That said of course, there's an important difference between poor writing and character-narated writing.
  25. Though the explanation for that is at the very end of the story which I WON'T PROBABLY REACH. I made it that way to compensate for my poor writing.... ^_^/>/> EDIT: The end of the story as I approximate is would be at least 1500 or more pages... Which is pretty .... you know... Good to hear that. I hate having to assume the writer's just doing it wrongly when reading online.
