If you buy an older version when the expanded one is already out, you're playing an incomplete game. As I said earlier, the fandisk is based off the ending of the expanded version. Because when a new version of a game is released, the company will support the expanded/new version, as Nasu did with Realta Nua.

The 18+ version isn't the full game plus the sex scenes. The 15+ adds two new routes and expands the story too. In fact, the fandisk is a continuation of the 15+ expanded storyline. So, yes, the 18+ version is incomplete. You prefer 18+ scenes over the actual story? Well, ok, you can obviously do what you want, but in this way you won't enjoy the expansion of the story that the creators wanted to add, neither you will understand the fandisk, when you play it. I'm more worried of people who don't buy a game only because it has no 18+ scenes, that's all. An all-ages version, not only censored but with a different script, isn't always the worst(actually, it's the best in most cases).

Actually, I only hope that there's no people who skip the entire game only for that, or people that don't play the game only because they can't see a rape. We can skip how much we want, but that's not an excuse to put meaningless material in a game. If you really, really want to see it, ask for a patch, that would work as a sort of DLC.

Yes, the all-ages version is better, because there aren't any meaningless 18+ scenes, that aren't to any extent related to the plot . We are adults, yes, but this doesn't mean that we have to see hentai in all the existing VNs. You can do whatever you want, obviously, but I think(and hope) there's no many people who want to see meaningless and short scenes more than the game itself.

Well, i'm definitely an exception. I am asexual, and a love story without sex, actually is a dream for me, so I always play the all ages version.When there's only the 18+, i play it anyway if I like story and characters, but sometimes I wait for an All-ages version. Personally I don't ask a vn to be real.I play VNs(and other games) not for reality, for the opposite.There are times when the story is just too stupid and and unrealistic, but it rarely happens with Vns I play.
