  1. Not really. From what I was told, when you install the game, it will show you the menu for all of the A series titles from A-1 to A-5. The layout is similar to the installer menu for Majikoi. At the menu, you get to choose which title you want to play and it'll load up like a standalone game. E.g. if you pick A-1 from the menu then it'll load like how A-1 usually did by itself. EDIT: In other words, it's not a compilation of all of the A-titles mashed together into one game.
  2. Apparently, my friend read something interesting in the director's comments from the Majikoi A - Plus Disc that he bought (goddamn him too). They've said that: "From now on we will be making a completely new series, but this doesn't mean the Majikoi series has ended. " If that's correct then there might be more to the Majikoi series in the future but not anytime soon. Not that I would mind anyways.
  3. Link to the Kickstarter for anyone's convenience (Since I couldn't find my way through it using their website). https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/sekaiproject/nekopara-anime-ova?ref=recs_similar
  4. I might consider buying it digitally since I'm scared as hell of importing an 18+ game to my country. I really wish that they release an all ages version of the disc and send us an 18+ patch for it later on.
  5. Oh, you're right. It's really close now. I'll back it ASAP. Thanks for the reminder!!!
  6. If the Fandisc actually reaches its goal then I'll definitely back this project.
  7. And yet sadly, they couldn't go any further than that...
  8. It took me 2 hours to realise that it was the english patch for A-2 that got released. I kept on thinking that it was just an update patch from Minatosoft's website. I had to check your progress page on your website just to make sure too... Anyways great work guys and thanks for giving us our early Christmas present too!
  9. This looks interesting to read. Now I just need to find some time to read it... Thanks for the translation though!
  10. It is possible if there's enough requests for it. You just need to find some other people around who would like to see Rusalka as a character route and get them to all send a request to the people working on it. I think you can post it on the Prefundia page as well. That being said, I think you should keep your expectations low in case it doesn't work. Them catering for one route is a bit out of hand and it costs a fair bit just to rehire the voice actors again. If it was for 2-3 routes (depends on length too) then I can see it working. Just give it a shot. It wouldn't hurt to try and at least ask them about it.
  11. Isn't the drama CD in Japanese? If it is then we'll probably expect a script file for us to read through. That's if they decide to translate it. You could always ask them about having Rusalka's route as an add-on. Although hiring voice actors and writing a scenario for one character seems a bit too out of hand for the developers. I also wish that she has a route too since she looks really pretty (like all of you guys have said). First thing that I looked up was if Rusalka had a route of not and you can picture the disappointment that I had afterwards too.
  12. Interesting game. I might consider backing it. From what I've heard, the story is a bit dark and sad especially the endings for some characters. Unless you play it in a specific order that is. Does anyone know about this? I don't mind knowing which characters has those scenes to it or PM me about it.
  13. Yeah, I sometimes get too attached to the heroines that I feel sad when I go into another route. It's like you've just hit the reset button and lost all of your progress with them. With the heroine eventually forgetting you like nothing has ever happened in the first place... Then, I feel sad and usually ask: "Why don't you remember him? Did you forget about the things that you two have done together?" Moral of the story: Always save your favourite character for last. If you want to leave the VN with a happy mood.
  14. You can see their poses shown in the poster art. The pink-haired girl has her back turned showing her butt with her see-through clothes while the black-haired one is winking with clothes just barely covering her private areas. Also, take a look at the character description on the official website. That clevage: http://moenovel.com/lovekami
  15. Looks like VNDB shows that this game is for people who are 17+ years. Which means, no ero scenes... I mean, come on, you have all these characters with revealing clothes, high sex appeal and big boobs and you decided not to add in any ero-scenes for it? This game is just literally cock-teasing you with all these revealing characters being shown around.
  16. This is interesting. So they're making a 'new' game based off an original franchise. I'm not sure how to feel about that. I guess there won't be any problems having an 18+ version cut out since there won't be any in the first place. I'll just wait and see how this goes. Hoping someone will bite the bullet and try it out. Looking forward to a future review though.
  17. Now that I think about it, most of these VNs are based on having an Imouto (little sister) as your partner. There are rarely ones which have an Elder Sister as one of the main heroines as well as having a full-romance story behind it. The closest one that I've read so far and already in translation would be Asakura Otome from Da Capo II. For untranslated VNs, the only one that I've played with a full-Aneki (Elder Sister) as your main lover would be Siskon produced by Artemis. That one definitely feels like a pure incest story in my opinion so I'll recommend that. It's a short story too so it'll also spare you the agony of using a Machine Translator (if you hate using it that is). I wonder why there's rarely any 'Aneki/Elder Sister' type characters in VNs these days...
  18. The VNs that I'll definitely play again from the top of my head will be 'Blazblue - Story Mode'. Any version of them. Most likely if I was to play a VN again, it will be a Moege and it will be from a character route that I like. E.g. Shirakawa Nanaka from Da Capo II, Ayaka from Princess Evangile or Matsunaga Tsubame from Majikoi S. And yes, I like Moege which are the only VNs that I read these days. Come at me Bro!!
  19. True but you have to be really committed (like yourself) to actually understand English fluently. On the other hand, some people learn it as a mandatory course which means their English might not be the best since they can't be bothered by it. That group wouldn't read VNs in English anyways. Then again, a person who speaks fluent English would be able to pick out the flaws of 'that' VN in the first place even as a second language. What I'm trying to say is that finding French people who speaks English and likes to read VNs is kind of a rare breed and not common. That sentence sounds very misleading if that's true then.
  20. Ok, now I understand better of the French community. Thanks for that tidbit! The only thing that still has me confused is that comment "12-year old French girls". Never mind the age, isn't the VN in English and most of the people in France mostly speaks well, French? Are there a decent amount of French speakers who decides to learn English? Adding to that, are there any French people who even wants to read English VNs in the first place?
  21. Wait seriously? That's interesting. I always thought it was the English consumers (US) which produces the major amounts of sales.
  22. I seriously wonder what was in their heads when they said that. I mean, you have plenty of other reasons to say that you're not making an 18+ version but why use the analogy of 12-year old French girls? Is it because they're trying to appeal to the female audience or is it because it is a romance game and France is known for the country based on love? Either way, that's too specific.
  23. To this day I still don't know what was going on with that line. I literally thought there was a dead body in this game and that the game started to turn into a murder mystery.
  24. Won't people be aware of it by then? They bought the game, saw how bad it was and decide not to buy from them anymore. I'm pretty sure lightning won't strike twice for them again.
  25. Me right now: You don't know, there might be something good at the end of it but I have my doubts about that though...
