How does it feel to be one of Kaguya's many underlings?

It would be really interesting to see a massive, mass translation movement in the VN community. One large and fast enough to make companies like JAST and Moenovel who only translate and release one VN every four years or so, be unable to C&D any efforts in time. The likelihood of that happening is tiny so its just a pipe dream for now but its still nice to think about.

It seems to me that VN's are kind of an acquired taste. Not many people I know started reading VN's or watching anime because someone introduced them to it but because they saw it on their own and were interested on it. Its just one of those things people have to find on their own to enjoy.

In all honesty there aren't a whole lot of free VN's. The only famous one that really comes to mind is Katawa Shoujo which you already mentioned. The other thing you could do is buy and import the hard copy of the VN you want and just download the english patch, but the pricea on VN's are usually extremely hjgh. Kaguya or Clephas would probably be more helpful here.

A major factor into whether I watch an anime or not is about the quality. Not saying I refuse to watch anything thats not BD but if its already out I'll prefer to watch that. Otherwise I download 720p. Its the perfect size for my laptop screen and the file size isn't outrageous so I can keep my anime hoarding habit. I refuse to delete anime I have downloaded. Especially since I got my 1Tb external hardrive.

I've got testing on Wednesday and Thursday so I'll be there for bits of it. And I'm not sure what Hitbox is but if it fixes the lag problem I'm all for for it.

I personally wouldn't recommend skipping routes for the fact of not liking a character in other routes. Especially if the VN had sequels. Even some of the littler things in Makina's route may pop up somewhere in Meikyuu. That's just my thoughts on it. Feel free to skip her route if you like.

And just to cover the bases, what's the file name that you're using?

It is now 5:30 in the morning. The marathon is finally over. I'm tired but it was well worth it. I won't say this often but Ano Natsu de Matteru is nearly perfect. If not for the slightly rushed ending and also the ending that leaves things to your imagination then this would have been perfect. It was a great romance story. Best one I have seen in an anime in a long time. But damn, the twists in that ending sure took me for a ride. I won't spoil anything but there are still a lot of questions surrounding Lemon. Now I just hope to find something to surpass this one.

I say a few months because if they are splitting it inyo several parts then there is a chance that each will be pretty short, resulting In a short teanslation time. But you're right, its very unlikely.
