One of my favorites. I'm currently rewatching the anime of Kanon after finishing the VN. First time I watched it was in 2008 I think before I even knew what VNs are.

Is the rape scene avoidable? I've been putting this off for a while because of it.

This looks like a nice guide to getting started. I've been interested in learning the language for years but 1. I'm lazy as fuck, 2. I live in Kosovo which means there's no courses or books or whatever here (I'm also poor/broke to buy books in the internet). I dropped out of college 2 weeks ago so I have a lot of time until September so I might try and fight my laziness and get started a bit.

I don't have a favorite tag, I usually filter with Language: English and then check tags and characters of a VN that has an English patch. I avoid VNs with rape (Except ones with reverse rape - Monster Girl Quest because it was hilarious) that's mainly the only thing I look when checking tags.

And Wanko from Majikoi is also uses it :3 You missed my post. I especially mentioned Mokomoko and Wanko as well.

Finished Aselia's route in Eien no Aselia. Started very slow but a very interesting story. (I dislike the SRPG system they used in this though battles are a bit boring and annoying.)

Clannad, Kanon, Little Busters and MLA for me.

I actually don't like the uncensoring that western releases do, 90% of the time they are very badly drawn that I wish it was the original censored one.

Finally managed to finish Kanon. Mais route made no sense except the very ending. Interesting story all in all, I liked Makotos and Ayus stories the most with Nayuki/Shiori/Mai after but in terms of the girls I liked Shiori the most then Nayuki/Mai/Ayu/Makoto.
