I lurked for quite awhile and recently joined 2, Its ok being shy and socially awkward, its an endearing quality among anime, manga, Vn lovers I recommend G-senjou no maou, its a thriller, mystery and psychological Vn, Its riveting stuff. Oh checkout Gahktun of the Golden Lighting too. I got a soft spot of Neon, the main chara and its a great read. Btw, where's your profile picture from? Majikoi opened up the Vn world for me. It caught me at a right time 2, i was going through some rough stuff when i discovered this Vn. It helped me laugh things off for a bit and relax for a few hours everyday. Its amazing that you'll do this for free, spend so much time and effort on it, so others can enjoy it 2. If i didn't read Majikoi, i wouldn't have got hooked in to Vn's. That would have been a sad thing indeed. So thank you'll for translating those Vns. I'm really grateful to you'll for translating those two games, it may not seemed like a big deal, but i'm sure those Vn's would have helped others through their own rough patches. It's a great thing, doing something selflessly no matter how small or big, to make others feel happy or happier (knowingly or not). Well that's what i think at least. You guys should be really proud. I think i would have started ranting if i wasn't consciously editing myself right now lol. Anyway congratulations on completing A-1!! I'm going to finish the final route on Majikoi S before i go to A-1. I've been saving it till A-1 got released, for reasons . Thanks guys. Thanks a lot Sana, wanted that bit of info. I don't use my laptop for gaming (its a basic work laptop, Vns are fine though), so i'm not concerned about the 3d gaming bit. I guess i'll get a new laptop by the time those changes to Vn compatibility happens. Hahahahaha its not about the porn man! I think its just the thought of some entity doing whatever it wants with my info. Its disturbing. I know it happens all the time but if i can have some little control over it, or minimizing it, i'll want to have that choice. Yeah i know about service providers having everyone's logs, but there's a lot of procedure for them to go through users logs. Plus there millions of users (for each isp), they end up tracking users with high and unusual traffic mostly, they cant big brother everyone right? Well i'm not even 100% sure with the info i have lol. Anyway, everyone has our info and we cant do much about it. So i'm going to let myself believe that choosing a stupid Os is gonna change that

Thanks for the replies guys. After reading some of the previous comments about the spyware and forced installations with the free version. I think i'll stick to my old reliable Os that i'm used 2. As @Xavier12 said, no need to upgrade a working system. @Eclipsed -san, do you have any idea if vn distributors still continues to release games compatible for all the older windows OS indefinitely? (I know the question may sound dumb lol, but i rather just ask if i don't understand)

I loved Kamidori! yeah i agree, the heroines had depth to them which is nice. Havent played princess waltz but its on my list, a little wary of remember 11 cause i heard the true end was open or random so i'm not sure if i should read it or not lol. Hmm, i should warn you about Beat Blades, there's a lot of rape in that game like when you lose battles and pick 'darker' routes.The scenes often demean the heroines . The gameplay is obviously no where near Kamidori, and its not challenging at all. The story isnt too compelling 2. I did 1 'happy' route, it was ok-ish. Well that's just my opinion, its not a terrible game, it just has some factors that might not appeal to readers that arent fond of high sexual content.

What are your top 3 favorite Vns and why? Also, as a female reader, do Vn H-scenes appeal to you? or do you just find them dull and bothersome? and skip straight to the story? (not trying to be a perv, just curious) Oh and congrats on a 1000posts!

Hey guys, I'm wondering if u should upgrade or not and have a few concerns. I have a lot of Vns installed, if i upgrade to win10, will the installed vns be disrupted in any way? I checked with sanaglits compatibility list and they're all compatible. Just wondering if i have to reinstall existing programs (programs i installed so i wouldn't have problems with vns, i cannot remember which now lol). If i dont upgrade, is it possible that future vns from jastusa, mangagamer and sekai would not be compatible with my OS (win8)? Is it even necessary if i use my laptop for word documents, mail, vns and movies? I know people say windows 8 is terrible, but i haven't had a problem for what i use it for... Bottomline, i'm worried about the switch causing a disruption in my current and future vns reading. Your advice and insight will be very much appreciated!

That answered alot of questions i had about yuri vns. It does sound appealing if the variations are as you said. If i have a feel for a romance story, it'll be nice to get into the thick of it without wading through heavy plot-lines. I do get sick of how one dimensional the dialog is, in vns when it comes to the romance of boy x girl. The same lines, the same ecch scenes can get tedious and dull to read through. Ok! i'll give it a shot. I'll try out Kindred Spirits, I think Decay was raving about it on VNTS when it came out lol, a lot of people seemed to like that one and i do like longer vn lengths.
