Finished playing Memory's Dogma and I quite liked it. It was refreshing to play a protagonist that not only has voice acting but is a university student to boot. The characters were all pretty interesting and I especially Reina who I quite liked. The setting was pretty interesting as well. It kinda got a little stale towards the end (God, I have no patience for boring villain monologues) It definitely felt unfinished which I know is because it's only a part 1 but at least the ending was somewhat satisfying. I moved on to Highway Blossoms and I'm glad that I waited to play it thanks to their update. At first I wasn't sure what to make of the voice acting but it grew on me as the story went on.

I think the problem is not the fact that they have no idea how to effectively run their platform it's just that they don't care. Steam has the ability to effectively manage what games come out on their own storefront. I think Jim Sterling was being facetious when he said that valve was happy to sell AIDS simulator. However, it's not too hard a stretch to view Valve allowing a shit game like that on steam as a tactic endorsement of the game in question. The fact that it wasn't pulled immediately and is still on there at this moment speaks volumes. What you sell and what you allow to be sold directly effects how you are being seen as a company. On another note I wonder how this will effect their pornographic policy? Could this lead to uncensored vns being allowed on steam?

Still playing Pygmalion and I'm still enjoying it I gotta say, but man it's kind of confusing sometimes. They keep trying to hit me with these weird bombshells. I've got one of the endings so far and I guess there are three to go? I've also played through two routes in Ace Academy which I enjoyed much more than I thought I would. The humor was decent and I liked that it didn't take place in a fucking high school. It would have been even better if they didn't base it in Japan like so many other OVENS. The voice acting is alright though they pronounced alias wrong. I don't care for the timed response things as it makes skipping through text a chore. The abrupt ending is also pretty lame. Still it's solid and I like the fact that the sprites had abundant amount of clothes to wear. That's pretty surprising since most vns barely bother with more than one change of clothes. I also completed Wolf Tales which was a fun romp and even though it was real short I didn't feel unsatisfied. You jus gotsta luv dem Wolf Girls mang!
