I am extremely busy doing stuff for the scene and a lot of meta visual novel community building. I definitely spend more time maintaining my relationships and contacts instead of playing myself. However, I play a lot of trial versions and play VNs that can be completed in a single session. I kinda feel once the whole work aspect subsides and I discovered every VN gamer under the sun then I can settle down and play VNs. They won't run away and there will be bad weather days where playing a VN is super relaxing

Every single day I juggle between Twitter, Discord, Instagram, Youtube, Sadpanda, Nhentai, Visual-Novel.info, golem, phoronix, twitch, vndb, 4chan /jp/ and my gazillion discord servers back and forth. But my newest obsession is Fuwanovel.

necroing this thread from a year ago but there is a tool called "Black Magic Da Vinci Resolve" that is free and is actually used by professional movie makers for color grading and other stuff. It has all the basic and more advanced functions of a video editing software, but it is not too simple to use for a beginner. Read the documentation before you make your first video. Otherwise expend some money for a subscription for Adobe programs or try VirtualDub like a true 2004 person xD

This is really too imprecise to even attempt to help. Unless you got it to run already, you should maybe provide some screenshots.

I prefer visually pleasing artstyle. This doesn't necessarily require anime aesthetic. Stuff like Pale Cachexia and Soundless tickled my fancy too!

You can totally make a career out of it. Especially if you know italian. Do it like us and kick off an effort to promote VNs in your own national region. It took us on-off five years, but the tendency for the German market to consider German translation has majorly increased to the point where we just finished founding a translation company last weekend.

Atri is a very good game, but Aniplex.exe is not a new star on the localization heaven.

Atri is really nice. The main theme of this game is contrast. Atri is providing warmth and enjoyment in a world that feels like they lost the ability to laugh. Somewhat relatable.
