Saki is one of my favourite series, all the yuri <3. Admittedly I started watching Saki because of the mahjong, since I can play (I suck though) but couldn't understand what was going on (point and combo wise) because it was japanese mahjong and not chinese. Obviously there for the yuri now

IIRC, last time I checked maki~chan is August as well. So many August people @___@ I usually keep my present box empty unless there's an event, then I fill it up with random N's and throw it on to the event SR afterwards. My side story on the other hand...haven't touched them since opening about 10 of them. My farm of love gems grows \O/

Practice makes perfect =) You'll get there soon enough~! Not everyone starts out FC-ing expert mode, unless they're broken I don't play EX mode at all. I just stick with hard, heck I screw up 95% of the time on hard.

I recommend Chihayafuru as well, it's a hidden gem and one of the best shows that's come out in recent years, imo

God bless Ceris for typing this out and his thoughts (although he should be doing his paper and not this ) If I had influential power, I would send this to the creators and ask them to respond to this because it is well written and very interesting/plausible. I'm also curious to know their take on the LL! pairings

I apologize in advance if this has been addressed millions of times already but what are the differences between the vita version and 18+ version in Meikyuu and Rakuen? I don't mind if h-scenes are removed since I don't care about them much but is the main story affected in any way? I'm just curious to why people would prefer the 18+ version unless important sections of the story are cut out in the vita version like or are there other reasons like wanting the "original" version of the game? Again, sorry if my question is repetitive/stupid D:

It's perfectly fine! I honestly don't think gender has anything to do with liking a show or not, even if a series may be directed to a certain audience. For example, I know guys who don't like shows that are directed to guys and girls who don't like shows that are directed to girls. Heck, I know a bunch of guys who are into Free! even though the series was directed to girls. Also, don't forget about guys who cosplay from UtaPri, it shows that they enjoy the series as well! It basically boils down to your interests! If people start calling you homosexual/insert insulting term because you like those series, then clearly there's something wrong with them.

This is so tempting, especially when I'm trying to get the UR Hanayo after this event but part of me says no....

Being the strange person that I am, I don't play with my "strongest" teams. Outside of score match and the event song, I use my team of R's to play. For example, my smile team is all Natsuiro, cool - Wonderful Rush, and pure - mogyutto (this will change once the Snow Halation and Bokura wa Ima no Naka de cards come out). So far I've named my Mogyutto team "Maid Army" and my Hanayo team "Waifu Army" Still thinking of names for my Natsuiro and Wonderful Rush team, would have named them "Swimsuit army" and "Wonderful army" if it wasn't for the word limit =/.

Hoping to see Love Live! win~ I REALLY hate the event song. The song isn't even hard, it just has too many holds T______T. Jumping from one hold to another is one thing but there's also the fact that sometimes, the game doesn't read; I'm clearly pressing the note (applies to holds) lolnope and I get a miss , making it much easier for my combo to break than other songs D:
