    Moe Repository #26

OMG PLS STOP, FLUTTERZ. It's too much t.t my heart
  4. I think the client is pretty easy to understand. Most of the functions you use all of the time are really simple and you can update the card database whenever new sets come out. We'll be playing Legacy or Modern mostly, but I also think it would be fun to create a format of our own and build decks with it every once in a while. So not always the same format but we want to be playing decks with the same limitations or else Legacy decks will end up beating Modern decks all the time and so on. Btw, they have predefined tokens such as Marit Lage ^^
  5. Hey, welcome to Fuwa! If you havent read Tsukihime, make sure you do!!! >:
  6. heh heh heh. Let me know if you want me to teach you, Vance. It's been a lot of fun so far.
  7. Hey, welcome to fuwa. I'll see you around
  8. I'll be teaching kosaki how to play over Skype in elevenish hours if anyone wants to learn. I know that's probably too late for you, vance, so I can work with you another time if you don't want to just watch tutorials. Heh As far as learning curve goes, I think we'll be okay, but if we ruin into issues I'll just make the first round be Starters set only or something
  9. Recently I've been playing Magic the Gathering with Cockatrice (free program) and I thought it would be a lot of fun to have a group of people to play with regularly. If anyone is interested in playing Magic or learning how to do it (I would be glad to teach people or there are many tutorials online), you should post here. What I imagine is that we do a few things. 1. Create decks and compete with them in mini tournaments, just like you would in normal magic (except without buying tons of cards). 2. Have deckbuilding tournaments of sorts in which you have to create a deck while following certain stipulations (such as "No cards worth more than $5 on tcgplayer," etc) 3.Have a group of people to call on for casual games whenever you feel like playing. Now, I'm not sure how much interest there is, but I think that it's a really fun game and exercising some deckbuilding skills is something that you might not get to do even if you play Magic now, unless you do a lot of draft or cube and so on. By playing online you can easily try a bunch of expensive decks and switch around a lot. That's also something that's hard in legit mtg unless you have a huge pile of cards. So I think there's a lot of freedom that playing online grants us. As far as the details go, I imagine that we would have a weekly or bi-monthly tournament of sorts as mentioned in point 1 and 2. Probably alternate between these, unless there's a lot of favor for one over the other. I dont really know what people would want. Another thing is that using some sort of voice chatting software (skype/ts3/mumble/etc) would be highly advised, since Cockatrice is a little minimalistic and is much more engaging when you talk to your opponent. Not really sure how this would work, but I believe it can be worked out if people are interested. So please post here and let me know, even if you're unsure and just want to try it out. I'd be glad to personally attempt to teach people to play if they wanted to add me on skype.

    Hi!

Welcome to fuwa! Enjoy it here
  11. I really like this idea! I don't have any art skills, but hopefully a bump is worth a little. Good luck! Seriously!
  12. Depends on how much you are reading versus how much you are playing. Is it Rance or is it Tsukihime? Generally I say read. Games are for playing, written stories are for reading.
  13. Back to the super hype MEDAKA BOX! ! ! ! !
  14. I really appreciate your intro! Welcome to fuwa
  15. Welcome to fuwa, yo
  16. Hey welcome to fuwa, Ranma1011! (That might have been the worst joke I've ever tried to make o.o). I hope you like it here
  17. Those expressions are really good!
  18. Welcome and have fun on the forums, yo
  19. That's good to hear, I hope you enjoy it, man.
  20. Books probably. But there are things about anime and manga and vns that I wont find in books xD
  21. Tamen de Gushi, which is good but still not much out t.t and my brother got me to read what's out for Shiori Experience. It's pretty surprising, really. We'll see. Maybe not my thing though Win over the baldy!
  22. My best advice would be not to worry that much. Me and my roommate shared a 179 sq ft dorm room without really interacting much. Invest in a lofted bed and some noise reducing headphones. People will leave you alone if you really want to be left alone. Being alone might not happen as often as you want it to. You'll get used to it. You'll learn to appreciate the time you do have alone more. Or maybe you'll enjoy the people. Anyway, just flow with it. There's no use in worrying. Life happens.
  23. Randomly started reading Fujiyama-san wa Shishunki and I'm really liking it. It's just good! Straight-up
