I don't get migraines but my mother and aunt do. Your comment caught me off guard because I suddenly remember this conversation me and my brothers had years ago with my aunt where she was telling us that when she was having a migraine she would see us with a color (I dont remember exactly the way she said it, but the idea was that we gave off/felt like (?) a certain color). For my oldest brother it was red, for my younger sister it was orange, and I was yellow... I think. I remember it being like a scale of intensity that happened to correspond to our intensity as a person (not that she went so far as to suggest the correlation). It might actually have been red, pink, and blue... ugh, I dont remember. Maybe I'll call my aunt and ask. I also recall she said that her mother had the same thing except instead of colors it was sounds or something. It's a really vague memory but I thought it was so cool at the time and I haven't heard anything about the subject since.
Maybe I can say something that might help you Lino. Both my mom and my aunt won't eat certain foods because they say that those foods trigger migraines for them. My aunt wont eat chocolate and my mom stays away from heavily processed foods. I don't even know if they're right about this, but they've lived decades with migraine issues, so I'd at least consider looking at your diet if the migraines keep coming.
