Events are amazingly forgiving to unskilled players. The difference between a horrible run and a perfect one is roughly ten percent. It's mostly about how much effort you invest (although I kind of wish there was a bigger difference) You can do the math if you want, but I think you should be able to make it to about fourteen

It's not really worth it unless you're gunning for a top position in the event. That said, you're low enough level to level up the times as often as higher level players, so I'd hold on to them for scouting. Don't get too worried about those few gems Oh my goodness. Man, I consider myself on the lower side of normal scouting luck, but eight pure honokas without a smile is a tragedy. Like, Romeo and Juliet level tragic up in here I'm still missing four rares until I have one of each, and I've only idolized maybe almost half. Not very lucky with scouting, as I had a time when I went over a hundred scouts without a rare

I disagree with this. A smile Honoka idolized maxes out at 4060 smile points. UR Hanayo has a stamina restoration ability and maxes out (lvl80 because you'll never ever get a second one unless you're absurdly lucky) at 4190 smile points. Count in the extra 200 you get from bond, and your everday smile honoka is already better than UR Hanayo in smile. Then you can start to count the 1.1 bonus and the better ability boost. The same goes for Smile Rin and Smile Nico. Likewise with Cool rares. UR Hanayo maxes out at 3770, while all three of the dominant-cool idolized rares beat her raw score if you count bond, even without the 1.1 boost or actually effective ability. She's only really viable on a pure team given that you have a good set of rares to accompany the other teams. I could do the numbers with the SRs, but suffice it to say that they shift more and more in favor of the good on-trait rares as you go down the totem pole. (hence why I wish I had more smile honokas) we should also put this google docs that Gavisi posted on page 18~ on the front page imo. The first one hundred or so are pretty easily collected from in game stuff. I'd say at a hundred and twenty you stay relying on events for almost all your love gem cash flow. You'll be fine for a good while at least

I don't think it's fair to say that it's a tragedy because the use is too "simple" for the complexity of the technology. If anything, I'd say it's a tragedy that people spent so much on a technology that we don't feel the need to use to the maximum. Personally, I'm not sold on VR, because honestly, we don't need even more synthetic stimulation in the world today. It all just seems like a dangerous path that everyone is all too happy to walk down for the sake of video games or whatever. That said, the idea of the medical uses of the technology is really interesting and something I could get behind. Still contemplating it though... this kind of advancement is scary imo

dude, the amount of smile honokas I wish I had is roughly similar to the amount of honokas you have 0.0, I'm so jealous of your smile and pure teams My smile team is: -Pure SR Nozomi -Idolized Honoka -Standard Honoka -Pure UR Hanayo -Standard Nico -Idolized Umi -Idolized Kotori -Idolized Nozomi -Smile UR Nico maxes out at like 34.5-35k raw points :/ The amount of difference between an idolized honoka and an idolized Umi/Nozomi/Kotori is like... the difference between my UR Nico and the very same idolized Honoka. She's such an op smile I'm hoping to get some strong rares when I do my 10+1 so I can get a more reasonably balanced team, instead of putting URs with weird off-trait idolized characters like a smile Umi

Am I the only one who likes the character skill activation scenes? I think they're enjoyable, mostly. Maybe 1 in 50 or 100 games they will actually mess me up, but it's not enough for me to remove one of the fun parts of the game for imo u,u

I felt the same way about gold when I dropped from 600k to 450k, and then it spontaneously went way up to 600k+ again with the influx of new hard/semi-EX daily songs to get clear bonuses from, so unless you're sub-100k I wouldnt worry too much. It's been like 35-40 normal draws since I've seen a rare, but I'm sure one is just around the corner ^^

Oh yea, welcome! I hope you go as hardcore as everyone else here ^^ I'm kind of interested to see how the game turns out in two months when everyone who has been playing for the whole time has like 10 free SRs. I imagine the scoring will go up and the relative value of a UR will be decreased, but also a barrier that's hard for some to conquer. It'll probably be down to skill more so than it is now, as for as scoring goes... or how many love gems you can get via other mechanisms >,>
