I chose Classic, then felt regret when a character died (which happens often because I am strategically impaired) and reset the game until I didn't lose any characters in a battle. I think I tried some battles 30 or so times, took me seven months to finish the game but hey at least I finished with losing 2-3 characters or so. My ingame clock shows 26 something hours, but the truth is likely close to 70.

Probably all of us have an opinion about a particular VN or VN's in general that just isn't the common consensus. This is a place to share such opinions, preferably on a logically sound basis. I'll go first. Muv Luv Alternative is a 7/10 game. It has great moments, yes, but overall it isn't all that impressive. IMHO it does not deserve very high a place in the hallmark of VN's.
