  1. Granted, but only because they didn't know (they were asleep or something) and they all have previously unknown breast cancer lumps. Do you tell them or not? I wish UPS speedometers could go higher than 5mph
  2. False on one, hopefully false on the other. To thte next person: Surely he who is worthy to receive his days and his nights is worthy of all else from you. And he who has deserved to drink from the ocean of life deserves to fill his cup from your little stream.
  3. False, that is disgusting and crusty. I am suck of panty stain tropes, I could gag. Next person: No one shall make himself unclean for the dead among his people, except for his closest relatives, his mother, his father, his son, his daughter, his brother, or his virgin sister (who is near to him because she has had no husband; for her he may make himself unclean).
  4. False. To the next person: It is a common belief among Christian sects that good deeds and helping others without a belief in Christ/God is not enough to enter heaven. In your opinion, is it true that this a selfish belief (doing good deeds with the expectation of an ultimate reward after death)? Bonus: Why or why not?
  5. I've 16:9'd more wallpapers than I know what to do with
  6. I guess I'd just take you to a casino and win a lot, getting you confiscated and destroyed.
  7. You should probably also let your audience know you're doing a J-E-X translation, instead of directly from japanese.
  8. beats me! I am so excited for the next VNTS thread
  9. beep boop i'm a bot hail bing hail clippy edit: oh, i guess no one knows the first thing about me. So, crashcourse: I edit for koiken otome, have these things among others, like to play musica, best girl is iori, best pantsu is flying.
  10. No one. Go look at ESL averages, 2000-9000. You can probably take that as "workable english". Everything more is just bonus for literature.
  11. 26000. Do keep in mind the sample for this. First, internet users who likely already have a sizable vocabulary. Second, people whose egos and confidence are large enough that they'll want to test their vocabulary. Third, these are all literary terms; you can have the vocabulary of a polymath, but only in technical terms and do shitall on this test because of it.
  12. Take this test! http://testyourvocab.com/
  13. VNR itself isn't a machine translator, it's a text hooker that works quite nicely. So you can use it to read in japanese with assistance, assistance meaning easy copy-paste for kanji you don't know or, if you so choose, MTL.
  14. I think the tea is fine, as long as you haven't put any sugar in it. Who's part of the team? What are you contributing to the team?
  15. nice to meet you oystein. do you like guroris? i love them.
  16. 1. Do you think this would be useful? Sure, depending on how up to date you can keep it. 2. Do you think project leaders would mind if I posted their recruitment info without their explicit consent? Probably not. More applicants is always nicer than none, even if the quality is possibly lower. 3. Should I look for more inactive projects that still might be non-dead and list their info as well? I think in this case it would be better to contact the leader 4. Should I do all the research myself, or can I leave that up to project leaders contacting me? I wouldn't look too hard. There's a lot of projects, right? Maybe post them as you see them. 5. If project leaders do start contacting me, will my PM inbox get ignobly capped? I don't think there are THAT many projects wanting recruitment, but if so, negotiate with fuwa for more space or use a different messaging system (like this thread, perhaps!) 6. Would it be a good idea to cross-post this to this forum as well? No reason not to
  17. Did you get it to work? I thought that tool had some problems with a couple funny headed script files
  18. Any way you could give the entire team or at least multiple people administrative ability over their group's post?
  19. It kinda does when you're advertising but you've made the title of your thread wrong...
  20. Theres also these http://asmodean.reverse.net/pages/tools_index.html
  21. "If you're going through hell, keep going."
  22. something like this. "updated" would need to have a timer so it automatically disappears after maybe a week or 3 days or somethign like that. They should all have that function, actually.
  23. Not those tags. I meant tags in the title for recent updates from the team working on them or something to that effect.
  24. tags would be nice
