  1. First, I'm not into shoujo. Shoujos usually have the entire plot built around romance with no other "element" like shounen/seinen, and they focus on the stupid bishounens. There are good romance shounens/seinens, so I wouldn't even bother. Second, the stuff I look for in an anime is different from what I look for in a tv series. So, this wouldn't apply to anime.
  2. I did it. It's a shoujo manga? What does it have to do with it?
  3. So I'm looking for a new tv series. I began watching The Musketeers, but it didn't interest me enough, so I dropped it. Then, I began watching Poldark. But I feel like the plot (if there is any) is heading nowhere, there is no focus to this, the only thing Poldark seems to be about is romance and I don't want to watch a thousand long romance with no other interesting episode. I've just finished ep 2. I'm considering watching Bloodline or Wayward Pines. What do you think? Should I really drop Poldark? Are those other two interesting? I'm looking for something that get me hooked, like Homeland or Downton Abbey.
  4. What? You gotta be kidding. First episode it's the only one worth watching imo.
  5. My geography teacher loves South Park and Simpsons, but he hates USA.
  6. You like chuuni, so Rewrite. My list: Rewrite (LUCIA'S BEST ROUTE EVER, Shizuru, Chihaya and Akane were very good and Kotori's was meh. Moon was good and Terra was bad) Little Busters! (Komari's route was awesome, almost perfect. Mio, Kurugaya and Rin were very good. Kud was so-so. Haruka's was bad. Refrain was really awesome, it made me cry) If My Heart Had Wings (except Kotori's and Ageha's routes, the rest was very good. Amane's was awesome) Steins;Gate (not really routes, but a very good story and plot)
  7. ...don't say a word. Human knowledge is...
  8. Those two are definitely worth your time. The only Pixar song I consider "memorable" or "great" is Le Festin, from Ratatouille. Pixar movies are usually better than Disney Pictures last movies but less good than Disney's 2D movies imo. The only really "underground" Pixar movie was Up imo, but I still haven't watched Brave. I'm looking forward to Inside Out, it seems really good.
  9. Aw yeees. This is what I call music. My all-time favorite: Some other great songs: There are plenty others, but for now that's it.
  10. I've just re-watched Tangled, and here's my review of it: https://starlessnightreviews.wordpress.com/2015/05/28/tangled-review/ It wasn't as bad as Frozen, but it had a lot of epic flaws.
  11. Neko Para has an all-ages version, so that wouldn't be a problem.
  12. Not wincest, just incest. Wincest it's like when you go to another dimension and have a romance with the other you.
  13. I didnt say I dont consider it, just that it has less importance. Maybe the animation is better, but personally I prefer Snow White's art than Frozen's. Anna looks too childish, Elsa too old, Hans looks stupid and Kristoff looks like a neckbeard otaku. No. I cant really argue about this, because its all about personal opinions, but if I was to make a list of Disney's best songs, I think Let It Go would't even be in the 100th. The characters werent special nor even good. The story and Anna's development are pretty much an insult to Disney's previous movies. "You cant marry someone just after you met." Tell this to Snow White or Cinderella! Anna was insanely bland, Elsa was too forced as "good" into the viewers, Hans was a victim of , Kristoff contradicted the idealistic prince, and Olaf just served as a comedic relief.
  14. First, "visual" aspects aren't as important as story, characters and soundtracks imo. Second, a "few catchy songs" aren't worth. When compared to pre-CGI songs, they are dust in the feet of a giant. And third, characters REALLY matter a lot. If the first movie did a good job with the characters, making them memorable and great, it's already a big plus point for the sequels, even if the story isn't all that good. All the three you mentioned did a wonderful job with the characters in the first movie, so...
  15. Nah, I don't recall any sequel as bad as Frozen. Actually, I dont recall any really bad sequel. Some just werent as amazing as the original movie, but they still were good. I didn't like Despicable Me sequel as well, it was awful.
  16. Just watched it. This movie wasn't just as good as the first one, actually it was a lot better. It really surprised me. Stark was a lot less annoying than before, he's more mature now. Here's my review of it: https://starlessnightreviews.wordpress.com/2015/05/27/avengers-age-of-ultron-review/
  17. The advice was not for you, duh. I quoted you because you brought up the subject.
  18. Look, I just don't understand why you're looking for it. I've never fallen in love with someone because I wanted to. This is a natural feeling, I don't think looking for love will really be helpful, you're just forcing yourself into people. And besides, there is no love without an object. If you want a relationship, you want a relationship with someone, because you're emotionally attached to her. If you're not attached to anyone emotionally, you have a rational reason to want love (money, loneliness, etc.). This would lead you to be in a relationship with someone you don't like, and everyone knows this is bad. Of course you can develop feelings with time, but you won't feel comfortable in the beginning and things can get pretty difficult if you don't like the person you're dating in a romantic way.
  19. There are bad professionals in every area, even if they are well trained. But why did he suggest that? Like, does he have any specific direct reason?
  20. Just don't. Most online relationships don't usually end up right. Every case I know didn't work out. Also, there is always room for fooling, so be careful. What kind of therapist is yours?!
  21. True. 5 AM, then I take a bath, dress up and then go back to sleep until 6 AM when I eat breakfast and go to school. (I like the feeling of hope I get when I wake up, conscious that I'll soon sleep again) Next person thinks Avengers 2 was better than the first Avengers movie.
  22. a dazzling landscape in Scotland. I am a very stupid...
  23. Maybe I'm not really adequate to post here, because I never read something for the comedy, there's a comedy manga I like: Kumamiko. I can't say it'll make you laugh, if that's what you're looking for, but I can say it has some interesting interactions. And anime: Non Non Biyori. Again, it's a comedy, yes, it is. But what it really does well it's relaxing you. Also, Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?
  24. I wish cartoons companies adapted more webcomics. There are like... Just 2 webcomic adaptations, I think. Such a waste, a lot of them have great potential. And yeah, I think they exaggerate in the comedy, but I still like stuff like RC9GN because I love teenage-hero-with-a-secret-identity stories... Most cartoons I don't watch for the plot (because usually it isn't very good), but for the characters, some of them have a really interesting cast that mix well together.
