An hour? I'm impressed at your patience, I lasted about 20 minutes and said "nope!" - haven't touched it since.

The protagonist was somewhat lost on me, until he started to trashtalk other people's cooking skills. As someone who likes to both cook and express contempt, I suddenly had a connection to this character. I think even a doormat puts up more of a fight then he does, lol. But that aside, I'm taking a dark pleasure in choosing every option that runs counter to what Chisato probably wants me to say/do. Seeing how her route is forced, I can at least enjoy the minor acts of spite.

Agreed, finally loaded this up and going through it - she's becoming pretty obnoxious, even in the first hour of reading. Though it doesn't help that I don't like the protags' limp-wristed personality either. Sigh, gonna be a tough read I think~

I seem to recall being the guy talking to desk-kun, though for me it was more sleep then talking. I'm actually the same way when I read VNs, I like to make up stories for the background npcs.

So far one of my favorite Jrpg series to date.

Just finished Second Chapter (Trails in the Sky). Blarg, that empty feeling after beating a great game... ~_~ Here's hoping XSeed will be willing to pick up the 3rd, if for no other reason to end Estelle's story. But time will tell, considering the sales aren't exactly rolling in... =/

I had to do some fiddling and resizing, but I was able to get Suzu back from the blurry hell she was in for awhile. Still, It's doing a lot better then it was at first - miss the option to use rectangular crops, but I'll live~

Not impressed with SP tbh, despite my initial hopes for them. I personally don't care about cencorship, or images being cropped - the cropping can't be helped if you want a 16:9 ratio without it being a blurry, squished mess. (though that's coming from someone with zero expereince with art assets, anyway) But their general attitude has really started to suck, and I think a lot of people are starting to get burnt out from the whole kickstarter thing. Love how they automatically called it promoting piracy - god forbid the rare case someone might actually own a legit japanese copy.

Such a loss, way too young. She voiced Lailah in Tales of Zestiria, I'll have to do a second playthrough to appreciate her work.

"shrug" some don't consider it a "second job" and actually enjoy it - different strokes for different folks and all that~ If it makes life easier for the devs, more power to it, people don't have to force themselves to play grindy games like Disgaea etc, totally their call to walk away and play something else. MMOs are a bit of a different matter though - but "todays" mmos are hardly grindy, hell - I've played some where I leveled to max level in a single week, solo - while still going to work and doing my job during the daytime. While I would never push my tastes on anyone, I can't help but think people nowadays suffer waaay too much from ADD - and can't stand the idea of devoting any length of time to something that doesn't provide immediate results. "Instant gratification ftw!" it seems like. But, on the plus side for those type, most devs cater to that majority~
