And no, I'm not saying that this is ok and I know why did you apply the patch in the first place (as many of us did) just saying that developers don't give a shit and wont do anything about it. If you are using win 8, try in a win 7 pc.

Do you need to play Clannad? Yes because it's the "prequel" of tomoyo after... or one of the stories inside of clannad. (at least you should play the tomoyo's route like everyone else suggested so far) but you should play it because it's really good too, even better than tomoyo after.

It was captain tsubasa/dragon ball/saint seiya/ranma 1/2 one of those for sure, dont know which one was the first one, I was 4-6 years old cant really remember, just watched them like any other cartoon on the tv. I do know that my first real anime was Evangelion when i was about maybe 10-11 years old and then Akira. (I knew that they were anime and not just some "cartoon")

Maybe this will help you, when I started learning Japanese it was really difficult to memorize all the hiraganas and katanas (im starting with kanji now) but i found a book that explains all of them in a rather silly way with little stories, but it's working really well with me, (I wish i had it back then when i started learning) to give you an example the あ(a) hiragana is explained as a sword stuck in a "No symbol" which is too the の(no) hiragana (not exactly but it's similar) It is silly but maybe it will work for you too. Are you using win 8 by any chance? you might want to look at this https://forums.fuwanovel.net/index.php?/topic/2178-muv-luv-faq/ (the sumika's problem at the end is normal on win and you need to get the sumika and meiya's ending to unlock unlimited.

sharin no kuni,y uukyuu no Shounenshoujo, not a very good plot or anything and you need to play the first one to understand anything.

NOTE: the translation is 100% finished. Well after pondering about this for a while I decided to start the translation of this vn, this was a week ago more or less . I know there is a translation already out there but I don't like it to be honest (I'm not saying that mine is better or anything) and the translation is not supported with the steam version either, is from an old version of the game or something and it's based on the Agilis translation (I think), mine is based on the gp32 ver. Even if the gp32 is not the closest to the "real" deal i like it more, specially for a few phrases that stand out, for example: gp32 Agilis: The gp32 for me has more meaning in those words, but then again this is something personal. I'm 50-60%, I thought it was going to be a lot easier to do given the vn length and all but I was very wrong, all the text editing, spellcheck (stupid spanish and its freaking orthographic accents...) and the translation itself has proven to be a pain in the butt, but so far it's going pretty smooth, a few days more maybe a week and it will be done. Few keys of my translation: *I'm trying to keep it the most neutral spanish possible (this is almost impossible to do but i'm trying) *As close to its original translation as possible (a mix with the gp32 and the Japanese version) *Putting notes from time to time to explain a few things. *Not giving much thoughts about some specific spanish words that to be honest i don't give a s**t in the first place(as spanish speaker). *Steam ver supports. Maybe in the future I'll edit the pictures itself and the menus, but that it's going to be a pain just to upload the huge .nsa file...
