If you mean one year older, there's a lot of the example here. But if you looking for mature women heroine, then Yoake and Konosora will do good enough (By the way, the older woman in Yoake also doubled as cousin here). Hope this help.

Most games like this are fetishy, but the person who recommended the Family Project - that's a good one for sure, has a good route involving an older woman.

It's basically a VN about sex, but I guess you could say some parts are cute. Besides the Family Project, I'm having a tough time thinking of it. I know YU-NO has some elements of this, but not full blown routes.

I was actually thinking of making a thread about this same thing! 

From what I have been able to find the adult heroine tag on VNDB is alright for finding them but not great, seems like the tag is a bit all over the place. Some that I have found are Hinatabokko Snow Sakura Tenshin Ranman Lucky or Unlucky!?. There are some others but these are the ones I didn't see mentioned in this thread.

Her and Sasara are both older in To Heart 2 but they're only 1 year older.
